I went to this shop for the first time today and was mildly appalled at what occurred. While I did end up with a lovely set of stiletto nails, I have 2 issues. First, I asked over the phone and again when I sat down to get formed acrylics, when instead I got tips. The first one was glued on my nail before I had a chance to say something. Kinda on me for not clarifying again and it still could turn out good even though it was not what I asked for. My second issue is when the man was cutting the tips into shape he cut my finger fairly deep. This in itself is an issue, but what happened afterward was the truly concerning part. He did not have gloves on and did not wipe down the surface which had dust from a previous client. From there he used tools and a towel (for the table) that seemed to have been used before near my cut. He also appeared not to have thrown out or put aside the powder and liquid that were dipped into by the brush that just hit my bloody finger. I completely understand that mistakes happen, but the response afterward made me concerned for the level...

I wanted to like this place. I asked for a paint design on one nail before coming in. The guy ended up not being able to do it, so he asked if he could put a foil sticker. But then he didn’t actually put the edges down, so the stickers stick up from my nail and catch on everything. Ruined my manicure before I could even get in the car.

I’ve heard great things about this salon, but the guy was rushed, rude, and argued the entire time. If you can’t do designed it’s ok! I would have preferred plain nails to ones that catch on clothes. These pictures were taken before getting out of the car...

This was the worst nail experience I have ever had. The guy was rude and rough and was hurting me and kept yelling at me to relax. His work was sloppy and my nails have jagged edges and look horrible. He removed a gel set I had and barely put a clear polish on top. He left my hands soaking in the polish remover for so long my skin now feels tight all over my fingers and is very uncomfortable. He didn’t give me lotion either. I never thought nail service could be this bad, but now I will be more careful where I go. I do not...
