I called yesterday and spoke with the manager Debbie about a return in which you were great in helping and explaining i could come in for an exchange i had no way because my phone was dead so i found a way in to the store today and Emily gave me a difficult time about my return and i had to purchase a whole new charger and plug which i shouldn’t have had to it should have been an even exchange i left the white ezena 10ft cord with your staff and i also left the pink studded car charger with the staff. it would’ve worked out so much better if a note or notice was left to let staff know to expect someone possibly for an exchange with no receipt i definitely want my money back and the experience i just had i did not feel comfortable or welcomed or believed the first line of response is blast believe listen acknowledge and or aplogize solve and thank the customer again for their service and this...
Read moreSlight inconvenience. Self check-out kept freezing. Staff member was irritated that she had to help. I tried to be patient, but we had to start over twice because of "self" checkout. I looked over at another customer who was becoming just as frustrated and he just rolled his eyes and said he was having troubles with the self checkout also. Items wouldn't scan and for whatever inexplicable reason, it felt like it was a 100 and Satan in the store. I like 5 below because it usually has great products at an affordable price. They're really good about keeping makeup at a level away from children's lil smashy hands. Store was clean and organized, but for about 15 minutes I felt like I was in the 7th circle of hell.....please consider more staff and air-conditioning. Read moreThis was an extremely bad visit today!!! I love five below but I will not be returning to this store ever. They have watched out their checkers for self checkers. So for starters have taken away necessary jobs from people and return made the end of your shopping trip miserable!! The scanners took forever to scan. Then they would double scan items and if you dont pay attention you will over charge yourself. Of you make a mistake you can't correct it yourself you have to wait for a checker to come and fix it for you. Everyone needed help. When finished scanning it wouldnt allow me to use my online gift cards. Ugh..so after about 15 mins they had to chexk me out the old fashioned way. What a tamm waste of ones time. It was BEYOND FRUSTRATING!!!!! There are other locations to shop at...at least for awhile unless they change...
