if i could leave zero stars i would. i ordered 2 smoothies on the jamba juice app, one for me and one for my 76 year old grandparents so they could split it, and had them delivered because i just had surgery and didn't really feel up to driving across town. i got my delivery and noticed that one of my smoothies had little green chunks of plastic all through it. i took it down and stated that there was plastic in my smoothie and that i wanted it remade and a refund on the drink and when i said that i wanted the refund the "manager" gave me a rude face their night manager and the other girl that was working there thought that we had stirred the plastic in ourselves...like uhh i'm sorry but why would i do that? i got the drink remade and when i asked about the refund they said that i had to contact doordash for the refund. i again stated and showed that i ordered it through the jamba app not doordash. she was like well i don't know how you got it delivered then cause we don't work with doordash on our app...my grandfather then called to get the name of the manager and to tell them how bad the service was and she hung up on him. i don't know about you guys but i don't think i'll ever return to jamba juice..there are a lot of other juice bars...
Read moreCould not make a dream machine yesterday out of ingredients at this store. Had an issue before with this one before as well as the one off Tippecanoue. Called corporate 800 number just now about my last 3 tries at Jamba and she was also RUDE! Was trying to explain my last 3 visits and she was like sir I do not care just tell me about the most recent and only 1 address. Just cut me off! I work at Loma Linda Hospital. Thanks Jamba. I am WAS a regular customer and I am 45 years old. Guess I am done with this place. Wasted time and gas to NEVER get what I want 3 times in a row. Was obsessed with Jamba but no more. They do not want my business or to make it right. Can. NOT. believe how I was treated at customer service corporate! You can also read my review from 7 months ago at the san bernadino store which never contacted me back. Tried this one a couple miles away and does not seem to be much better. I give up. Thanks for the previous 20 years. Guess I give up. The stores where I am from in Portland Oregon never treated me this way. Since I have been here 2 years in Cali it has just ruined any hope of going back I guess. Corporate certainly solidified...

Yes, I know it’s close to closing time but that shouldn’t be an excuse for the young lady (KATHY) working there to be extremely rude. She rudely directed me to order at the kiosk, then when I asked her if anything in the apples and greens smoothies came into contact with any pineapple she just said no but made it seem like I asked a stupid question. I explained my wife is severely allergic. Hoping for a little more reassurance and still got a expressionless look with the slightest head shake to say no? I guess.
Then a poor little boy comes in almost peeing his pants and asks if there was a restroom available and she said no because it was being cleaned. There was a cone in front of it and no one was in the restroom cleaning it. I would have understood if she would have said it’s for customers only and even then I would have still thought she was messed up cause he was just a poor little boy.
