So …. I am definitely the kind of person that does research when making a big purchase. Your bed is important. My husband and I are both first responders , so sleep is a must. We checked out three stores, and ended up being stuck between a beautiful Beautyrest hybrid black plush , and a sleep number bed. Going back and forth we needed to feel good about our purchase.There was a $2,500 differential! We ended up going back to each store and seeing the beds themselves again. We met with Aaron and the next visit with Elle. I expressed my concerns and differences between my two choices . I never felt pressured or weird about being forthcoming about my predicament, as they could see it’s a big purchase . The customer service here is so awesome , they are so educated in their products and made so many suggestions in order to match what I was looking for. The only thing was the ability to adjust firmness and softness of the mattress itself, but all of the other amenities of the base were met and I felt really good about it. Went home spoke to my hubby and we decided to go back and purchase from them the next day. Elle made an excellent point . When off duty we wanted our bed to just be that , a bed . And we didn’t have the lifestyle or patience to deal with anything too mechanical or with maintenance . We were so appreciative of the time spent walking around the store with us , answering my millions of questions 😂and in this helped make our decision. The 4 month ability to return if needed also was a comfort. When your selling quality , your not as worried about it. Read moreMy experience with this company was unpleasant from the start. The saleswoman who helped me, Lisa, was pushy and condescending. I told her I wanted a semi firm mattress and she said "you have to feel them for yourself, because it feels different for everyone" first she had me try a super soft spring mattress that i sunk into, then she had me try a pure memory foam mattress that was like laying in drying cement. I told her i wanted to feel a hybrid and she wouldn't let me, saying "a hybrid will feel just like the memory foam mattress" I refuse to argue with condescending people, as she has just told me to try them for myself because they feel different to everyone....no, instead she showed me the firmest spring mattress she had. I was so sick of her by this time that I just settled for it. Then while she was ringing me up, she told me "you HAVE TO get a waterproof cover," which I could have gotten cheaper elsewhere as well, but she wouldn't take no for an answer, bringing up the fact that women have menstrual cycles, as if I (a woman with a small child) am not aware. This turned the transaction from unpleasant to straight up uncomfortable. For the money I paid I could have gotten exactly what I wanted without the pressure and underhanded rudeness elsewhere, and should have. Although the mattress is more comfortable than the air mattress I was sleeping on prior, I still woke up this morning with a backache, and still have the feeling that I've been pressured into buying something I didnt want due to a pushy rude saleswoman.

Read moreHate to leave a bad review but the false information given and inconvenience is too large to not consider if you are thinking about purchasing from this store. We were told by two different associates that we could have our mattress delivered on a specific date as long as we called to tell them that specific date within 24 hrs. I thought that was too good to be true so I confirmed with both associates I spoke to multiple times. I called 48 hrs in advance just to be sure and give extra time for the delivery when I was told the mattress actually wouldn’t arrive for about 2-3 weeks, leaving us to sleep on the floor for that time. I also had to confirm our added bundle would also arrive with our mattress. Without confirming, it would not have been included. I totally understand miscommunication but because I confirmed multiple (at least 3-4 times) it doesn’t seem like a 2-way miscommunication, it seems like someone gave us false information. Just thought I’d give a heads up to anyone shopping here!
UPDATE: since the original issue , we received calls from the original employee we spoke to and the manager, both apologizing for the inconveniences and letting us know they have spoken with the other employees so this issue shouldn’t arise again! They also made sure to get us a mattress, although not the one we ordered, on our original delivery day so we have something to sleep on while we wait for our other one to be delivered!
