High 5 Indoor Playground — Attraction in Redlands

Very disappointed! Took my daughter here for her 1st birthday and the ex6was beyond bad. First the guy up front took our order wrong! Wanted the family bundle for $40 two of them and just add the extra in our part which was one child and two adults! Because he was so worried about thinking we snuck in an adult which we all need a wrist band and shoes stored so how could we even sneak someone in! He then asked all adults to come up so he can count us which we were all in front of him. He then counted us SEVERAL TIMES! and then he got on his walkie talkie mumbling something and then scanning all of us with his eyes which was whatever because we knew we did nothing wrong. So kids were playing all was well... then here comes the pizza which was one large one medium so I explained to the lady (which by the way was the manager) that we got two family packs with the large pizza so she asked for the Receipt I thought he didnt give it to me then I found in my purse. Once she looked at it she noticed he didnt charge me right and she SNATCHED the Medium pizza from the table AMD did this isnt even yours all rudely and walked away with it. Then the guy that rang us up had the nerve to say he read back our order and so on BUT NOT ONCE DID THEY APOLOGIZE FOR THE MISUNDERSTANDING OR THAT HE INSISTED WE SNUCK SOMEONE IN OR TRY TONMAKE ANYTHING RIGHT! I'm all in for mistakes happening but at least try and make them right instead of being rude and not caring. I will now be going to the indoor...

GERM ZONE!!! 3 hours of fun turned into 2 weeks of 2 really sick kidos!!! Not worth it!!! They don't clean the equipment while there are dozens of kids sharing equipment. Don't recommend going unless you want your kids to get sick.

I understand that I take a risk of my children getting sick visiting a facility like this. But I took extra precautions to try to prevent this by giving my children extra vitamin c for a week before our visit and wiped there hands several times with wipes and hand sanitizer. Plus washed them up in the restroom before we left. It was my childs request to go to a indoor playground for her birthday. I chose to go to the one in Redlands as opposed to one in Rancho because of it being newer and we already experienced that facility back in December and wanted to try something new. At that indoor playground there was people constantly cleaning all the equipment all day long. In result my children did not get sick. You suggested that my children may have gotten sick from school but mine do not go to school.There home schooled. So I'm positive they got sick from going to your facility. As far as my experience with management and staff I can not comment on due to little contact with them. We had our daughters birthday party here yesterday. The staff was friendly and helpful and the playground itself is wonderful. They decorated very nicely and had everything ready for us. But when it comes to food for the party there was NOT enough provided. Each adult had 1-2 pieces of pizza and each child had 1 and it STILL was not enough with the 2 salads they provided. Everyone was still hungry! 4 2 liter bottles of soda was not enough either. We had to order an extra 2 pizzas which were gone in less than 5 min. They need to think about the fact that they should provide 6 pizzas for a party that large. I went over by about 8 guests I think so I know that had something to do with it but not everyone ate because we were afraid that there wouldn’t be enough. I didn’t eat anything, my husband did not, and about 5 other family members didn’t eat. It was so stressful. Also the fact that each extra pizza is was $19-24 at papa Johns.... I could have driven there and gotten them for $10 tops but they would not allow it. I am extremely disappointed in this place because of their lack of knowledge when it comes to feeding that many guests.... my daughters party was stressful for me due to the food issue and for the price I paid that shouldn’t...
