This is probably the worst business to buy farm animals from. They do NOT vaccinate their chicks. I bought about 10 and half of them died that night. I called and found out that they have zero policy for farm animals and they do not vaccinate. Do yourself a favor and pick a different story for all of your needs. They are getting hundreds of chicks that aren't vaccinated. This means that your chick could have something AND pass it to others. Only one chick is all it takes.
The practice of this business has completely turned me off from doin ANY business with them. It's sad to know that they are selling unvaccinated chicks that will most likely die. That's due to not being vaccinated and let to run around with all the other unvaccinated chicks.
I should have known when the chicks I saw were all lazy and becoming non responsive. They have refused to refund my money for something that was their fault. I had bought two batches of chicks. One from a store that DID vaccinate and then this store. Zero of the other store chicks have died or even gotten sick.
I would give zero stars if I could.
Do yourself and everyone else a favor. Boycott this store and do not give them...
Read moreStore in Redmond, Oregon, with the intention of purchasing some fishing gear. Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Right when I entered the store, I immediately felt like I was being watched. It wasn’t just the normal store surveillance; I genuinely felt like someone was following my every move. The staff member who seemed to be keeping an eye on me ended up trailing me throughout the store and all the way to the checkout, which made me feel uncomfortable and uneasy.
I understand that security measures are important, but this kind of overbearing presence feels more like harassment than customer service. It’s not something I expect to experience while simply shopping for gear. As a paying customer, I found it unprofessional and intrusive. This kind of behavior in a store is uncalled for, and it left a bad impression of what could have been a routine shopping trip.
I hope the management reviews their approach to customer service and ensures staff training is improved so that future customers don’t feel the way I did. I won’t be returning...
Read moreGo to Wilco. Got screwed on some gates. Will, Brandon, and Cole all gave me the runaround for 2 months on some special order gates. I heard for 2 months that they were coming. Then I heard they weren’t delivered. Then I heard they were in Baker City. Then I heard that actually they were never made. Then I was told it’d be another 2 months. I told them I’d be ok with galvanized if they helped me get them painted black. Will said no. No one tried to make things right. I always had to call for updates. No one ever reached back out to me to update me. Never going to shop here again and will try to make sure that everyone I know takes their business someplace where they actually care about their customers.
UPDATE: called customer service and they worked out a compromise with the store and galvanized gates. Will give the review two stars now. Communication still is poor overall between store...
