I brought guinea pigs with me so I decided to stay at Motel 6. In the 2 nights I was there, I experienced issues such as no hot water in the morning at 0700. I was not able to take a shower. The power was out in the bathroom, which also controlled the refrigerator and microwave. When I went to checkout, there was no one in the office for me to tell them. The floor was nasty and the room smelled like cigarettes. I went to the Dollar tree to get fabric refresher. Would I stay here again? NOPE!

This place is great for any kind of event you want to throw. They have jam on it, volleyball tournaments, soccer tournaments, pickle ball tournaments! I couldn't believe how big this place was when I was walking around. They also made a new track for track and field students in there which is hecka Kool! I love that they have a little kick it area too. You can just go sit if you don't wanna be in the games or whatever. Really nice place! And it's connected to the atlantis! Can't beat it!

I attended the Federal Student Aid Training Conference here. This is a pretty generic convention center with good signage. Foot traffic wasn't an issue even leaving large sessions. There were lots of outlets and seating options in the corridors. However, the lines for concessions were extremely long and both food and coffee costly. Five dollars for drip coffee! Six dollars for a slice of pizza! The folding chairs in the larger rooms were uncomfortable.

This is a 👪 origin place for sure, but great place to take someone on a date ,depending on what's on the agenda. Plus if you want to just be alone and see what you see that is just as good,so basically its a good for just about whatever you have on your mind . There is always a food court. Open ,whenever a sporting event is currently on the venue. I have. To be honest.i would have never thought that this place has as many different things going on ,this place has had airplane (gliders) shows, volley ball tournaments championship,Basketball 🏀 touraments plus a religious thing going on all at the same time ,its a unbelievably large place and. It is one of the cleanest places you can visit ever honestly. I know from first hand experiences,so keep up the lastest local as well as out of town and state things happening cause it will be happening at the Reno-sparks convention Center ,now please dont get it confused with the convention center downtown reno, yes we have two of them here mainly music biggies are on the venue there( downtown location) but two separate convention places ones a center and ones a Arena so just go check them out you will be pleased with your self for sure and if not. You can at least get your excise on, cause its. A place to wear your tennis shoes cause you going to be walking for sure and the Reno-sparks convention Center have at least 2 restrooms on each hall , some halls have 4 so I've seen this place packed in. Like a super ball game and never ever had to wait in a line as we all have done before so for us seasoned people dont worry you will have a place to go so go and enjoy your whatever day you have planned just remember to thank the staff employees because they get very little praise and they are 95% pecent of all the work and all the help you will need ,whatever you do dont bother the door security personnel cause everone of them know everthing about nothing . your best help without attitudes will be your Reno-sparks black 👕 shirt. Employees. So I'll be seeing you there ,have fun and...

As with all convention centers, you can expect this one to be incredibly crowded during large events. The parking lot is not nearly large enough to accommodate its large events, let alone multiple events at the same time. The parking staff will not let you know if there is parking open or not, you just pay to get in and then good luck finding a spot. That being said, the convention hall is quite large with a few food vendors and security personnel. I happened to go to a gun show while I was at this location and while it was great to meet all of the vendors, many of the people there were peddling used wares and knick knacks. There were a few professional vendors who acted like they ran a business and they were great to speak with and very knowledgeable. I would return to this location, but only if there weren't multiple large events going on at...

First, most convention centers are boxes within boxes with tons of electrical power. So...Reno has one of those. It can get the job done. Adequate, convenient parking is always a big deal. Bathrooms, big deal. This facility doesnt always quite fulfill those needs for everyones liking. I heard complaints the last time I was there about how far people had to walk to get to bathrooms. Finally, design is a factor: are you within an inspiring structure with sense of occassion or are you going to a box with boxes inside it that just gets the job done. There is just no design or excitement to this place. It just gets the job done. I wish they would breath some life into it. How can we expect great events to come here if we...
