A Royal Feast at King Buffet: An Asian Food Extravaganza

If you're on the hunt for an incredible Asian food buffet, look no further than King Buffet. Located in the heart of our bustling city, this gem offers a delectable assortment of flavors from across the Asian continent. As soon as you step through the doors, the delightful aroma of spices and freshly cooked dishes will welcome you with open arms.

The variety at King Buffet is simply unmatched. Whether you crave sushi, dim sum, pad Thai, or even Korean BBQ, there is something for everyone. The buffet stations are categorized by region, allowing you to easily sample dishes from China, Japan, Korea, Thailand, and more. The chefs at King Buffet take great pride in their work, constantly replenishing the dishes to ensure a fresh and delicious experience.

One standout feature of King Buffet is the live cooking stations, where you can watch talented chefs prepare your food right before your eyes. The teppanyaki grill and sushi stations are particularly impressive, with mouth-watering creations made to order. The freshness and quality of the ingredients are evident in every bite.

The atmosphere at King Buffet is warm and inviting, with attentive staff ready to assist you. Despite being a buffet, the servers go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. They're consistently prompt with refilling drinks and clearing plates, all while maintaining a friendly demeanor.

In addition to the incredible food, the dessert section is not to be missed. From green tea ice cream to assorted mochi and fruit jellies, the dessert station will leave your sweet tooth satisfied. The options are diverse, making it easy to find a dessert that complements your meal perfectly.

King Buffet offers incredible value for the price. With so many quality dishes to choose from, you'll have a hard time not overindulging. The restaurant is perfect for groups, families, or even a solo dining adventure. Just be prepared for a potential food coma after feasting like royalty!

In conclusion, King Buffet is an Asian food lover's paradise. The variety, freshness, and quality of the dishes, coupled with the inviting atmosphere and attentive staff, make it an experience that you'll want to return to time and time again. I was unaware that the food prices went up $6 on the weekend, and I was $7 short of paying last night for my diabetic daughter and I, I'm a single mom, mind you. I told the lady, who I assumed was the manager or the owner, that I was a little short, and that's when this lady started treating me like garbage, I told her that I thought the buffet was $18.99 a person, and that I think I have the remaining balance in quarters (laundry money), in my car. She proceeded to tell me that I can call my daughter's daddy or one of my friends to come and help pay the $6 or so I was short. I informed the lady that I'm a single mom and that I didn't have any friends. I also told her that I'm not a bad or dishonest person, and that I needed to go to my car to get the remaining balance. She got an attitude with me, and was saying "why you eat if you know you can't pay?" I then told her that "I wasn't aware of the prices being raised." Now mind you, I've only been there I believe twice, never again though after last night. She also said "that I could leave my daughter in the restaurant with her while I go out to my car and get the rest of the money." I told her that I wasn't leaving my daughter alone. She then proceeded to tell me that she was going to call the "911 and my daughter could sit with the police while I went to my car." I told her "I'm not leaving my daughter with the police while I go to my car to look for the rest of the money." Then I told her the she could come out to my car with me, and she said "I don't have time for you." To that, I said, "ok, your server lady can come out to my car with me." The young lady did, and thankfully, I had enough out of my laundry money to pay the little bit of balance that was left. The lady was extremely rude to me regarding the whole thing. Please, show compassion to the world, and maybe you'll get it in return. I wasn't dressed up in a fancy outfit, I wasn't wearing makeup, and I'm all tatted up. So this lady automatically judged me based on my appearance. I'm a single mom, and I struggle on a daily basis to work for door dash, and at the end of the day, I am tired. I'm sorry I didn't live up to your standards lady. No, I'm not a drug addict, nor a former drug addict, and I'm not an alcoholic, just a tired working mother of a preteen diabetic. Show...

It had no vest on and had matted dirty hair. They seated her right away in the booth without even acknowledging the animal she was bringing in. I had driven about a half an hour just to get to this restaurant that I found on Google and by the time we had a ride we were famished so we went ahead and decided to stay. We begin eating and then quickly realized that the food was very mediocre. Most of it was cold and left from the lunch rush. We were all pretty disappointed. They quickly begin switching dishes around. And of course we ate some of that new entrees. There were four of us with drinks I got my bill and it was $77 for for dinner buffets. We had all eaten lunch buffet but we also had sampled after already being for some of apparently the dinner buffet options.. I was only in Reno for a few days as I had flown in to help my daughter and her family out who’s home burn down and left them with nothing. Needless to say this restaurant left an extremely sour taste in my mouth. Not to mention the health code violation of a dog brought in. Definitely one of the worst Chinese buffets I have ever been to as far as quality and taste of food goes. You would think for those prices it would be...

UPDATE - 20231004 Added photo...$20 for dinner with tax. Update (2021.02.26): They are open with new COVID measures in place. Their prices are up again and the food really isn't worth it. Having to wait 5-10 minutes to get your 2nd helpings is just crazy. They don't change out their chicken dishes very often and they scrape the nasty pieces onto your plate. The seating area seemed a little cleaner. Update: They raised their prices. Lunch is now $10.39. They need a lunch discount program for customers who frequently come here for lunch. I really have a love hate relationship with this restaurant. I love the food and the selection. I really hate how dirty the main seating area is and how run down and dirty the bathrooms are. I'm worried that if I were to visit the kitchen, I would never come back. $9.99 for a buffet lunch full of protein, not too bad. It would be nice if the drinks came with the lunch price. If it weren't for a couple nearby stores, I probably wouldn't drive out of my way to come here. Overall for the price, not a bad value. Better than other Chinese Buffets in town.
