UPDATE 3WKS LATER SAME LAZY SICK DRIVER NAMED "CINDY" REFUSES TO SIMPLY FOLLOW ORDER NOTES & DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS FROM CUSTOMERS!! DELIBERATELY REFUSES AND DUMPS GROCERIES IN INAPPROPRIATE LOCATIONS SO IT CAN - AND WILL BE - STOLEN !!!!!
Absolutely incompetent drivers are dispatched with our groceries.. supervisors and managers refuse to train them (and or translate to them the important notes that we leave with our orders) the instructions to make sure that we get our items delivered to us safely! Of course we have a theft problem in Boston, no duh, people are hungry people are poor people are in need it's all for the taking it's up for grabs when drivers dump the bags of expensive items and food in hundreds of dollar.. all the groceries just dump it on the sidewalk?! ..dump it in the lobby vestibule with a glass wall so everybody passing by on the street of the busy downtown area can just steal it?? AND this is going on and on all the time!! .. when you call them they should promise "it won't happen again"...the Amazon fresh management in Everett in Chelsea and/or Revere, they are responsible for this horrific and needless problem!! And then of course the drivers themselves who are lazy & incompetent, they don't don't want to do the job but they took the job just to get paid, they don't give a damn about our groceries and our products that we paid for.. :( so they just dump it on the sidewalk, vestibule doorway?! Just refuse to deliver it and then mark it delivered?! Or once recently "undeliverable" and I guess they throw it all away or they get to keep it?!.. lazy and if they don't speak English shame on them because again it's the management and the supervisors responsibility to translate a simple message, the note attached to our account/order on Amazon. We paid for spent the time choosing and are waiting for and instead we are robbed, all items stolen gone :( ..sometimes bags have been rifled through and when you come to that it's the worst feeling ever... and then when you call Customer service and go through it all you get a rude person and that's not the Amazon message that's not the way to do customer service and the head honchos at Amazon don't want that, and yet you have that here sometimes when you call with no way to report it to a Supervisor, like recently with this past order...A very rude Amazon Customer service woman on the phone.. then just transfers me.... And now instead of apologizing processing my complaint and providing me with a refund they have the absolute nerve to tell me that I need to provide a police report!!! ...???? The delivery driver had no right to take our important order and dump it wherever she or he feels like it and inappropriate location and the doorway of the vestibule or sometimes they leave it right outside at the call box on the sidewalk of a public very busy downtown Street...... Today they're saying they want a police report when you have the Boston police don't care for grocery theft.. still in they're not going to go get them and give it back to us..people are hungry and poor and if the driver is going to dump it in inappropriate locations RIGHT IN THE VESTIBULE WITH GLASS WALLS VISIBLE TO ALL PASSERBYS ON THE BUSY STREET..with easy access to be stolen -- then it will be stolen!!!! AND the person responsible is that driver!!! I demand a refund and I demand ACCOUNTABILITY FROM MANAGEMENT OF AMAZON DISPATCH CENTERS IN EVERETT, CHELSEA MASSACHUSETTS !!! SHAME ON YOU GUYS FOR ALLOWING RUDE & INCOMPETENT LAZY DRIVERS WHO DON'T DO THEIR SIMPLE DELIVERY JOB!! GO AHEAD AND READ THE CUSTOMER INSTRUCTIONS!!!! PREVENT PACKAGE/GROCERY THEFT !!!!! PREVENT PACKAGE AND GROCERY...

Besides Dexter, those other dispatch would hardly do anything disappearing for hours with their girlfriends. They do nothing on their end they don't even off board you when you quit, incredibly unprofessional. Very disorganized creating unnecessary problematic load outs. Drivers start almost every work day with problems from the start straining them mentally and physically. The job is already extremely taxing, there is no need for additional hurtles. Out of all the third-party companies, Swift Box logistics has to be the worst. Owner is hardly ever present allowing non-stop issues amongst it's dispatchers such as disorganization, unhygienic work conditions, and a lack of empathy uncommon decency for its employees. These people will use you until you are broken and then leave you waiting by the curb with no work. Step Van drivers are prioritized, meaning that if you drive a van you will most likely not have your full amount of shifts for the week unless you are whipped and do other people's work after your route is complete by doing rescues. If you do not constantly rescue for this company they will take your routes. Cowardly, scummy and full of empty promises and broken down vehicles. Hell the drivable vehicles are missing shifting knobs with loading doors that don't even open. Two-faced phonies too lazy to fill up the tires with air scrawny snake in the grass Jonas. Absolute...
Read moreIt is getting tiring. Packages are either not delivered, even when shown out for delivery. They for some reason are returned to the station, only to disappear. I can’t understand how Amazon continues to let this occur. Then, when packages are delivered, drivers do not attempt to follow directions. I live in an apartment building. My directions specifically give both my intercom code and my phone number. Instead, packages are left on the sidewalk outside the locked apartment building door. These are more likely or not stolen.
When, a driver does follow instructions, they dial, I speak to them about appropriate place to leave the package, they agree, I let them in and they drop the package in the lobby, where anyone can steal it.
Amazon used to be the best, but they have become sub par. Customer service cannot contact delivery, directly, which makes them useless for this type of issue. That needs to change. Customer support should have the capability of contacting the dispatchers to locate missing packages. Especially, when problem is caught early.
Drivers also need to be vetted properly. I agree with other reviews here that items are being stolen, but I also believe that many drivers are not taught to read delivery instructions or cannot read them, in which case it’s up to the dispatcher to ensure they are aware of any specific instructions.
I’m afraid the third possibility is that drivers and dispatchers...
