I really like to give places like this several chances to redeem themselves, but after FOUR negative experiences in a row, I think it's time to sound off. The first time we went here, we saw a matinee and were the only ones in the theater. The sound was OUTRAGEOUSLY loud (and this is coming from someone that loves going to rock concerts). It was absolutely painful to sit there with the volume so high. I asked them to turn it down and they said they were unable to adjust volume. What a joke. The second time I went, I saw The Dark Knight Rises, and the movie was supposed to start at 4:00 pm. At 4:15, the movie hadn't even started. Finally, someone asked them to start it, then 15 minutes later, another employee came into the theater to tell us that we would need to move to another theater to watch the movie. The third time we went, we just went bowling with some friends and got an hour of bowling. We were just about to finish our first game when the hour ended and they refused to give even 5 minutes to finish it. The fourth time (and this will most certainly be our last time), we went to see Star Trek Into Darkness in 3D. We knew something was wrong when the trailers were so dark that you couldn't even make out the red in Superman's cape or the blue in the sky. I complained and they said they would fix it. Once the movie started, it was obvious that nothing had been done to fix the problem. It was so dark that we couldn't even make out the images on the screen, so we left. On top of those experiences, we have encountered rude employees, complete disorganization, and an overall disregard for their customers. I will gladly visit the Paramount theater instead or go to Idaho Falls for movies. Never again will I give my hard earned money to this joke of an...
Read moreTHIS IS THE MOST AMAZONG PLACE ON EARTH. I have been to many Arcades, bowling allies and movie theaters, and none have come close to this place. First I have never had a bad experience with the staff here, it's like they hire only happy and friendly people. I have been coming here for years now, and i have never felt less than first class. Even when the ocational arcade game breaks, they are quick and helpful. (Im a huge nerd, so I love seeing the inside of the arcades, and the workers were kind enough to allow me to watch as they fix them) Second, they rotate things; the prizes, games, and movies constantly change. I will admit I'm disappointed when one of my favorite games gets put away, but they always come out with new and fun games. Third, very few of the games are rigged, and honestly, the ones that I find are slightly rigged are just plain fun to play. Along with this, the prizes are so fun and not outrageously ticket expensive. Fourth, they deliver snacks to you during the movie. (this is also the only place I have ever been where they had red cream soda) their funnel fries are great. With unlimited drink refill and a party room party pack that you can buy birthday parties here are amazing. And lastly it's just a great atmosphere, I know I've already mentioned this but the staff are so genuinely nice. This place is so clean and perfect. If you are thinking of going here for fun, I highly recommend it. This is also the best place in town to book parties/birthdays, heck if I could I would book my...
Read moreOur family of 10 scheduled an event at fat cats on the 1st of January 2019. Our grown children are attending BYU I and this is one of the fun activities to do in town. Scheduled as an event we got a special discount to go bowling for the 10 of us and to have pizza and pop. Our host Annette took great care of us. She helped us get our bowling shoes and selected some bowling balls for us as we had a wide range of ages to participate in the game. She also took our food order and made sure everything was well attended to to make our stay super fun! We bowled for two hours and had such a great time we decided to get movie tickets for everyone to watch Aquaman. What an awesome afternoon and evening to complete our 10 day stay! Top entertainment for small town fun!
