Definitely recommend this place. This conscious-stricken guy runs this place very honestly and will advise you on whether or not it's worth getting your laptop fixed. It's a good value for your money, you can bet on the quality, and they're professional (well mostly).

I went to this place about 3 weeks ago with a laptop that had crashed on me. He initially quoted a value that seemed reasonable, so I left it with him (on a Saturday, close to the C.O.B). We exchanged calls (mostly me calling him) during the week to see how it's coming along. Exactly a week later, I was frustrated that my laptop wasn't fixed and was prepared to get my laptop back. So, I went there to pick it up. I decided to ask him why it wasn't fixed and he said he wasn't well during the week and couldn't come to work for a couple of days. He advised me that it wasn't worth fixing the laptop because the motherboard had gone bad and would cost an amount that could actually buy me a cheaper new laptop. He apologized for not getting back to me any earlier because of his health. He said he felt really bad about me coming 3-4 times to check on my laptop and made me a deal that really worked in my favor. Give people a chance and see how they can fix things. He definitely made me leave there as a happy customer. And the least I could do is to leave a good review.

I have frequented his shop about 4 or 5 times. Last week I went in to see if he could do a repair for me on my Dell laptop. So they asked me before I left did I want to test his services before I left I said no because I had not had any problems in the past it was patched up and the problem was not solved. These are foreigners so some don't have the cushion that other companies have. It is more like a mom and pop shop.. So every time I went he seemed hesitant like I could not pay him.. I knew it was coming from rumors that was put out on me. The demeanor would change like the wind. Each and every time. So the last 2 times I got patch work. One time he just sat on my services. I had called around for other repair shops. He had cheaper prices. For the same thing. Kind of like shopping at Walmart.

So my laptop is still not fixed I really think he patched it up. Never the less I really don't do reviews. He handed me back my laptop. And said don't bring it back because they had a hard time fixing it. Good customer service would have said your laptop is not repairable and I recommend you getting another one. I said I wasn't coming back. This is a my m and pop shop that don't have the foundation and financial backing of a more established company. That is why he is so concern if someone is going to pay him because he needs the money himself. He ask people to give 5...

A++ Customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone. I cant say enough GREAT things about this place and Naveed. As happens, there were a few technical difficulties with a new laptop purchase and Naveed was more than happy to refund my money IF he couldn't personally fix the problem. It's the perfect win-win: either you are satisfied or you get your money back. Long story short, we couldnt solve our original problem, so he found a better laptop at a better deal. On top of that, he personally put in the time and work to get my new laptop up and running. On top of THAT, when I got home and had a problem hooking my laptop to my TV, he stayed on facetime messenger with me and walked me through steps that fixed my problem. We didnt even use video conferencing!! He was that good, he fixed my problem from just some written messages and photographs we passed back and forth. He pretty much did technical support on his how time, after hours. When is the last time you've ever seen that?!! The real bottom line...the real one is that Naveed cares. He cares about his customers being happy and he cares about doing a good job. He goes above and beyond what's necessary help people with his extraordinary experience and skill. A++++. Would...
