Was absolutely SCAMMED by this guy. I brought in my MacBook after spilling coffee on it. It was working fine aside from a grey film on the edge of the screen and the screen occasionally turning off. When I called, he gave me one price estimate and then raised the quote after meeting in person. He claimed the screen needed to be replaced. I told him that wasn’t necessary and to just fix the internal issue so that the screen would stop stop turning off randomly.

After picking it up two days later, he raised the price above what was agreed upon. When asked what the charge was for and what was fixed, he was unable to give a clear answer. He claimed to have cleaned out “water residue” and to the best of my memory coffee and water are not the same substance, and the laptop still smells like coffee... The lack of attention to detail should have been the first red flag. He also mentioned changing some miscellaneous wire or chip, but again, with a vague/ unclear explanation. The cherry on the top was that when I left, not only were the issues unresolved... the laptop was in worse condition.

Now all of this could be coffee under the bridge but when I opened my laptop, I noticed that previously closed files were magically opened afterwards. Was not exactly ecstatic to see my Photos and Notes app opened without my consent. I felt completely violated. He denied it and said the apps were already open, but I had taken a photo of my screen setup before handing it over, so the evidence would say otherwise... When confronted about the raised rate (which at that point I was more concerned about potential privacy issues and spyware) he suddenly and conveniently dropped the price by $100 on the spot. Clearly changing the rate based on the situation rather than concrete reasons. Interestingly, he also suddenly became hard to reach afterward being confronted...

This was a terrible, unprofessional, and sketchy experience. Still no refund, and I left with more issues than I came in with. Do not come here unless you want your privacy invaded and your device mishandled. Should really consider changing the name...

Honestly where do i begin? I took my phone here with a broken screen, everything else about the phone worked but the screen when i took it. He replaced the screen $135 and it worked fine but the phone over heated within 5 minutes so i took it back in and he looked at it again. Ive had the screen replaced once before because i dropped it in a puddle OVER A YEAR ago. And its had no issues since. He claims last guy put the screen on wrong which is funny to me considering mine currently is detached from the phone entierly, ive never seen so much glue on a phone after repair. Next day phones dead and wont charge so i take it back again and he says its the battery. So im about to buy it and he says jk its your motherboard. Now i have a new phone because he demolished mine. As i stated the phone worked fine until i took it to him and of course he blames all my issues on my puddle drop OVER A YEAR AGO. which no. It worked when he got it and when i got it back it was ruined. He sold me an SD card and dongle for pc to get my stuff off the phone $50 and is disconnected from the phone the second i left the store and said id loose what was on it if i didnt back it up. Well that was a waste of my $50 as it doesnt work and i dont have a pc atm to back it up so its useless to me. Phones in pieces in my nightstand drawer and im VERY dissatisfied and out 185 bucks for a ohone that was never fixed. Long story short.. phone has not been holding a good charge lately. Went on yelp to find someone to help out with problem. Sent out quotes & Muhammed was quick to answer with a great price ($60). Said it couldn't be done today, but to my surprise gave me a call back saying part was in store. I was in and out in less than 30 mins, with chit chat of course. Sold me an original charger for the phone as well at another good price ($20). All in all good prices and speedy service. Will return to get iPad restored soon. Thanks for...
