I recently visited Kasra restaurant and it was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was incredibly unique, giving off a strong Eastern vibe that made the whole evening feel special. The food was a amazing. It was incredibly delicious and the portions were so large that they could easily feed two people. Starting the meal with 'Noon Panir Sabzi', a traditional Iranian appetizer, was a delightful touch. This complimentary dish was a great introduction to the flavors of Iran. The kindness of the staff added to the experience. After our meal, they offered us black tea on the house, which was so generous that really made us feel welcomed. Overall, this restaurant is a great choice for anyone looking to enjoy excellent food in a captivating setting. The combination of the unique atmosphere, delicious food, and warm hospitality makes it a place worth visiting. Highly recommended for a memorable dining experience!

Reading the other reviews, my experience must be a one off. My experience was absolutely horrible. The service was lack luster. It almost felt like I arrived at the end of a shift. No one greeted us when we arrived and to make matters worse there were only 2 other families eating. It's was pretty much empty. The food was cold and picked over. I informed our server, he said he would have fresh food coming out, however it never came. We even ordered from the menu. We ordered Tadeek. It was so gross. No flavor and all you could taste was the grease it was cooked in. When it was all said and done, I spent 85.00 on 3 lunch buffets. The horrible experience with the food, service and the value will make it extremely hard to return:(

The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars and not 3 is because of how delicious both our plates were. I’ve never had slices like that in my meat and it was truly enjoyable with every bite. The sultani kabab and tikka kabob are THE BEST! However, it took 15 min for us to get greeted, even though I see the owners in a corner table just chit chatting while 1 server took care of the whole restaurant. Our food came out 40 min later but it was cold. All in all this place has potential because the food is bomb but the service is ok and the tab was a little overpriced. I am surprised because they are local small business owners who should care mores I’d go back and pick up my food to go.

We were looking to dine in at a new place since we haven’t tried it so we thought of trying this place. Some of my friends actually did tell us not to go here as they had mixed types of service each time they went but we still thought to give it a try. The minute we got there we were seated the server was seemed very friendly and welcoming we got there at 8:20 by 8:25 our order was taken. We ordered appetizer with our regular order which took quite sometime to come. It was 8:45 and we asked the server to give us updates on our food which she went in the kitchen and said additional 15 mins will take we weren’t happy to hear as it shouldn’t take 45+ minutes for a simple order to come through anyhow we waited. At 9pm a guy came by I beleive was either the owner or manager to ask how we were doing and if need anything we told him we have been waiting for our food and need to know if it’s ready since it’s already 9 he said he will check and let us know. He came back out and told us the food was placed at 8:41 so it won’t be out so soon it will take 15-20 mins more for it to come out. We were so furious we told him we place our order at 8:25 and the server told us it will be here by 9 and now you are saying it was placed at 8:41. He kept arguing without any empathy towards a customer and his customer service skills amazed us we were blown away how he managed to blame us and our impatient behavior. He kept repeating that they had a big catering order which required priority and that our food was complicated one so that was also taking time. We were 3rd customer in that big restaurant but after us whoever placed the order received their order without a delay. Anyhow our kids were hungry we were running out of patience we somehow managed to wait and food arrived at 9:11pm. The server was apologetic but that guy was nowhere to be found afterwards. I will never be returning to this place where customers are treated like crap. This place does require a lot of work in terms of...

I went to this restaurant a month ago but I just got a chance to write my review!

Food:

The best Gheyme I have had in the US! Hands down. There was a stew with almond called Khalal polo! OMG! Try! I was shocked how delicious it was. Worth every penny! Their kebab was so good and so yummy! Mouth watering. Try ghorme sabzi tahdig. Wow! Another stew with tahdig. Top notch!

Food gets 5 star! Note that in a lot of Persian restaurants you could potentially find good kebabs. To my opinion a good Persian restaurant is the one that has good stews. The three stews we tried were the best I have had in a long time, specially their Gheyme!

Service: 5 star. I drink a lot of water and my cup was constantly filled by our waiter. The food came in good order and there was a very nice convenient time gap bt appetizers and main food. All the people in the restaurant were nice and they were so kind to my toddler.

Atmosphere: 5 star

lovely and the music they were playing was so calming. The decorations reminded me of Iran my beloved country. Not many restaurants have this atmosphere. The beautiful colorful windows were eye catching too. If I visit Dallas again, this will be my 1 choice.

Overall everything was way over my expectations. I really hope they keep up with the quality of their work, food and everything. A lot of my friends and family travel to Dallas on a regular basis. I highly recommend this...

I have been coming here for years. They have the best kabob (Koobideh) I have ever had. It is always perfectly cooked and juicy and filled with flavor. The best Persian/Afgan restaurant in DFW. All of the dishes I have had here are delicious. Not to mention the hospitality. The cook sometimes serves us and is so inviting he makes us feel like family. It is a true joy to see him. They have my favorite baklava made by the owners daughter too.

We had our reception in the banquet hall hosting 180 people and the owner could not have been more accommodating or easy to work with. They were very accommodating with booking the hall one month in advance (which is unheard of for wedding bookings). They set up the hall and laid out a buffet table and we had zero issues whatsoever. All of our guests were extremely satisfied with the food and service and everyone had multiple plates. The banquet hall was large enough for everyone to be comfortable. The restaurant had a very cozy and elegant atmosphere and was the perfect vibe for what my husband and I were looking for. They offer alot of services for parties too like you can rent their sound system and such.

The owner is extremely generous and kind to my family and made the planning process so much less stressful for my mother. I cannot thank...
