Came here drove 25min away ordered lunch combo bbq an on google it say bacon cheeseburger for bbq combo but I get here an no cheese on my burger then instead fixing the mistake on there end the men wants Togo back a fwd with me about what I ordered when clear it’s an error online instead just fixing the problem tried to over charge me another $1 for some cheese when I already had paid for my order an everything which is ridiculous when it’s not my fault yall menu on google is no correct this is sad how they tried to do me with there own mistake when all he had to to do was put cheese on my burger & update yall menu he could’ve even redid the order or something but instead you make it seem like it’s my fault which is crazy like I ordered the wrong burger when I don’t know I clearly ordered what the google menu says this was my first & last time eating at this location never again & I feel like it was really because the color of my skin which is sad because im a business owner myself & you don’t do customers like that when your menu is not...

Our experience was of the Dine-in variety. Burger Island features a walk up counter for order, but they do bring your food to the table. There are lots of ways they can prepare your burger, fries, tots, or sandwich, so we took a few moments to really look the menu over before placing our order. Once the order was placed, they prepared our food fresh. The amount of food was appropriate for pricing structure, and worth every penny. We cut the burgers in half and still needed two hands to hold and eat.

They have more than enough burger options to keep us coming back for more, for many years to come. While dinning we noticed how many take out orders kept rolling in, too. This place is clearly a top choice. Try Burger Island the next time you want burgers! Hope your experience is as...

I always order from the location off of Walnut but decided to try the one on Arapaho. I ordered a Philly, Jalapeno Burger and a LARGE fry but didn't receive a large fry but rather a regular fry instead. So I think to myself I'll just call up there and let them know because I paid for a large and they could just refund me my $2 little dollars but instead the girl on the phone tells me the large fry was put in the same box as my burger because they are trying to save little Styrofoam boxes but I didn't receive a large fry in the same box and the person answering the phone for this company let's me know they won't be giving me my money back. What was not a very big deal and could have easily been resolved wasn't due to lack of good management and customer service. Will not be ordering feom this...
