Perhaps it’s reflective of the time (years) passing; or maybe it’s because of demographic changes, or even maybe it’s just because Everything is Bigger in Texas, I couldn’t imagined this gem of an university has metamorphosed. There was always $$$ for hard infrastructure even 30 years back. The hardscape and soft scape has changed and grown dramatically! Could hardly recognize the bones of the old buildings - the old insane room numbering system reminiscent of some macabre version of Dewey Decimal for books, still persist.
Minor quibbles aside like textbooks barely visible in. The books are perhaps rented, online, or maybe all in the cloud. The bookstore itself is more of a gift shop for univ logo clothing and other keepsakes (way overpriced).

The only upside is the drinks are $3...
