Visited this store a couple weeks ago and while shopping for garden tools, many of their items were priced mark incorrectly. Specifically I got a watering jug that the sales associate at checkout stated it was the wrong color and therefore did not apply for the sale, and then a shovel that was marked down for a “early Black Friday” promo. I let the watering jug go but did tell them the sign is misleading considering I got the jug from the section marked on sale. I however did stand my ground on the shovel price. They said that in order for me to get the discount, I would have to go to the garden section where the sign is, take a photo on my phone, and then come back and show it to them. I was quite honestly shocked because at every other store there is a price discrepancy they have other associates go check it out. They told me I could leave my items at the checkout section or take them with me to do my assigned task (I was holding all the items in my hands and no baskets were nearby so I would have to walk back and forth with all my items). I basically ran to the section to do what was asked of me when I should’ve just left all my items and walked out of the store. When I went back to the sales associate at the register, they stated the sign was odd and I almost felt they were questioning it still but they agreed to “grant” me my discount. (Photo attached, the shovel they were arguing with me about was the one with the black handle which is clear a worker placed this styled ones there considering it’s several not just one or two) I don’t plan on stopping by a Home Depot again, not only this but I was in the store for an hour and no one offered me help, and I just feel they are trying to trick customers who don’t pay close attention to the prices when checking out.

Home Depot Kids Workshops are typically held on the first Saturday of each month from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at participating stores. They’re free to attend, though registration is often recommended (and sometimes required) to reserve a spot, as supplies can be limited. The workshops are aimed at children ages 5-12, but younger kids can participate with parental assistance, and all ages are generally welcome. Each month features a different project, often tied to seasonal themes or practical items. Examples include building birdhouses, toolboxes, fire trucks, picture frames, or small planters—like the Globe Planter scheduled for April 5, 2025. Kids use kid-friendly tools (e.g., hammers, glue, and pre-cut wood pieces) to assemble a take-home craft kit. Along with the finished project, participants receive a kid-sized orange Home Depot apron (on their first visit), a certificate of achievement, and a commemorative pin specific to that month’s craft. The program emphasizes hands-on learning, tool safety, and creativity, making it a great family activity. Parents typically assist, especially with younger kids, and the experience is designed to be low-pressure and enjoyable. Workshops are held in-store, often in a designated area with tables set up for crafting. If you can’t attend, some stores may allow you to pick up a kit to complete at home, though availability varies by location.

Double check your prices between the prices in your cart and the total price of your cart. Happened to notice that the price of my cart kept changing anytime I'd look at it with nothing be added or deleted, not sure what that's about. The product I'm looking at (M12 drill and driver set) says $229 plus a free tool, ✓ oscillating multi-tool. Cart says the kit is now $164.91 but the total for the cart is $259.43....thats not a free tool I'm paying for it! Another picture shows that I am being charged at full price!! If you don't get a free tool you don't get a discount on the kit? Strangely false advertising. I wonder if I can do this in the store and keep going to the checkout and get a different price for the same stuff? Home Depot, your playing a dangerous game here that will land the company in a legal battle. Online shopping with Home Depot is sketchy to say the least, I'd love to be able to place my order and pick it up but I'm not so sure I won't get ripped off. Time to test I guess by one online for pick up and one in-store...this should be an eye opening test.

First. Let me tell you. Jake. The “ on duty store manager” should be the first to be put off duty. This guy has no understanding of customer service and will put all the blame of there employees mistakes on There third party company because home depot doesn’t sell there own product. They sell everyone else’s. Second. So now you understand who earned this one star review. Let me tell you why.

My wife and I ordered a $2500 appliance set and made it a point to make sure that the appliances were not back ordered. Home Depot employee Oscar explained that all appliances are ready And available for me to purchase and will be delivered on Saturday 5/23. This was on Sunday.

Fast forward to Thursday they decide to call us two days before our delivery date to inform us that half of our order is on back order and will not be available until June 9. So I called in looking for an explanation, obviously I was a little frustrated but I kept my cool and before I could continue I was cut off and informed that that due to my tone of voice if I come into the store I will be asked to leave and charged with trespassing.

The manager cut me off mind you. I did have a very adamant tone as I made it clear what my expectations are from the start.

He then began to explain to me how “sh*”and “fed up” his system is for appliances and he apologizes that there’s nothing he can do about that.

At this point I allowed him to give me my options. Which involve me picking up my appliances instead of him delivering them. He could figure out why I wasn’t ok with that.

We just spent over 2k with this place. Just to be over promised. And under delivered. Imagine that. I recommend other department stores. Other than a Home Depot ran by a manager that will cuss at you as well as threaten you...

Very disappointed in the customer service. I was in need of some help. After looking in the area I need some assistance in and not finding an employee I walk down to find someone to help me. Walked up to three employees as they look to be having a great time giving each other hi fives and caring on a conversation. I wait for a minute and the Politely asked for some help. I told them what I was was looking for and one of the three employees told me where I could look. I explained I had looked and was not able to find it. He told me well we must not have it, must be online ordering only. I said can you come show me or help me? He said I wouldn't know that's not my department. I was shocked never had someone in customer service be so rude. One of the other employees looked it up on his phone and explained to me where it was. It was in a totally different area of the store then I would have expected. The one employee just could care less, was not helpful at all and would have just let me leave with out what I came for or a sale for the store. He should be fired as I am sure his job title has the word customer service in the title. I hope a caring manager or supervisor reads this. This was on July 24th at 6 pm by the hanging doors. You will see on your cameras the three employees that I am talking about. Don't forget it started with the high five to the other employee as I walk up looking for some assistance. Should have gotten the ones employees name. He couldn't even be bother to find someone to help me , someone in that area. I don't expect him to know it all but to be helpful in any way he could would have been appreciated and the right...
