DO NOT GO here for tuxedos/rentals/suits etc. Roselily and their staff added unnecessary TRAUMA to my wedding. They cared more about their “notes” of what i apparently asked for (bow ties and vests) and told me they confirmed with me. They made me feel belittled as a client/costumer. Placed order for groomsmen 3-4 months and I still last minute the week of the wedding I found out the groomsmen and best man had DIFFERENT COLORS than what I asked. Telling me it’s not their fault that the men got their attire 2 weeks before the wedding. 1. Like thats still enough time. 2. Like they are in charge & supposed to know the colors of what I wanted. 3. I thought I could trust this store and the guys would go and pick up the correct things. My husband as a witness. And they banned my mom for defending me for “threatening”. Owner and staff said things my mom did not do and over exaggerated. My mom did call and yell and dropped a F bomb for them not making arrangements to make my vision of the wedding come to reality and if they were, they would charge all my groomsmen. As a caring mom of the bride would. And this was after I called them twice for two mistakes. And they said they wouldn’t open the doors for her when my dad needed to go pick up his rental. DO NOT GO unless you want to feel not heard disvalued and the wrong things to order and blame you according to their “NOTES”. Fortunately after banning my mom they ordered the CORRECT items with no charge BUT I had to send someone to get everything THE DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING. I WILL NO LONGER RECCOMEND ROSELILY BRIDAL. UNLESS YOU WANT TO TAKE THE RISK. Other places have still just as pretty dresses and groomsmen items. I should have just went with Amazon for bow ties and vests. Would have got them in 2 days and easy returns for cheaper.

Wedding dress: I had a bad experience somewhere else. Came to Roselily and wow the service was so good. Me the Bride I felt very special and celebrated. Lydia was very patient with me and practically knew what dress I wanted before I even picked it! They were great hosts and so sweet. Was a very memorable time for my life...

I had the most wonderful experience finding my wedding dress at Roselily! Leading up to my appointment I inquired about a specific gown and while it was not one that Roselily carries, wonderful Emma suggested another gown in the designer line that was even more stunning and half the price within my budget. I was counting down the days until my appointment to try it on! Come appointment day, my stylist Alicia was warm, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. She sat down with me and asked thoughtful questions to learn about what I envision in a wedding gown and how I want to feel in my dress on my wedding day. Alicia really listened and selected dresses that were stunning and reflective of my vision. Honestly, I loved every dress she picked out! I found THE ONE, my dream wedding dress, at Roselily during my appointment and I could not be happier with my decision (and it’s the dress Emma and Alicia had waiting for me!!). Emma, Alicia, and Samantha took the stress out of looking for a dress and made it beyond what I had hoped for--there really are no words to describe how good that feels as a bride and I’m sure all you brides reading this will know exactly what I mean. Beyond the highest level of service I received at Roselily, the private areas to try on dresses with your guests are gorgeous (I highly recommend the larger seating area with the big pink couch, although any experience I am certain you will love!). Roselily has a large selection of luxury wedding gowns but no need to feel overwhelmed as your stylist will hand-select for you — and believe me when I say, they are experts at this. There are options for all budgets and you do not have to sacrifice quality. This is the place for ALL brides. Every bride should be able to look and feel beautiful on their wedding day. Do yourself a favor and save the trip to Seattle, Roselily is where you want to go for your wedding dress. I called last Friday (03/01) to see if they carried a certain style gown I was interested in since I'm a plus sized girl and wasn't sure if they carried anything that would fit me. I was helped by a very nice girl named Elaina(sp?) on the phone. She asked me for the style number of the dresses I liked and after looking it up she told me they had very similar styles. After asking me when my wedding date was she advised me to come in and try on dresses ASAP as it's so close to the wedding date (06/15) and most dresses aren't shipping until July. She was able to give me an appointment for the very next day. With little notice (totally my fault for failing to plan accordingly..) I gathered my girls and drove to Richland from Yakima for my appointment. I didn't have expectations of finding my dress as I figured as a full figured girl the floor gowns would more likely not fit my body. I arrived and was told that I was going to be helped my Sarah. She asked me a couple questions to get to know me and the style of dress I was looking for. She reassured me, she would help me find my dress! It only took 5 gowns to find THE one!! She let me try on another dress that I was still on the fence about and then back to the original one I loved! Yes, that was indeed the one! I rang the bell and I said, YES to the dress!! She then served us some champagne to celebrate with my friends which was a nice added touch!! I even got to keep my glass which was not expected but totally a nice surprise!
