Quite possibly the worst laid out shopping center in the world! I would never open a business here. It's just a giant parking lot with businesses all spread out around the outskirts. Hey Tri-Cities, get a clue! The trend for years now is to put the stores together in the MIDDLE so that they are WALKABLE. Parking goes on the OUTSIDE.
