I was at Ross with my daughter and my husband went next door to Marshall's with our son and 2 small nephew. Marshall's had a line so my husband was waiting. When he got to the front I was fine at Ross and was walking over to Marshall's. As 2 people were walking out the lady told my husband 2 people can go in. Obviously he can't go in and leave 2 kids outside or let 2 kids go in by themselves so he told the lady, "It's ok I'll wait." I was walking to him so I heard this happening. My thought was to let my husband know I would take my nephew so he and my son could go in and we would go to Target. What happened next completely surprised me. The lady shouted out "Is there is any one who has 2 people to come in." After the time my husband spent waiting he still had to wait for 4 people to come out for him to go in. I was totally in shock, at this time I was close enough and I called out to my husband and told him no worry to go in and I would take the kids. If I could give 0 stars I would. I normally don't go to Marshall's but this really discouraged me...
Read moreDue to the weather and my bad hair day, I had my hood on in the store. I can’t tell if it was due to my hood but clerks were following me around the store. I don’t appreciate being profiled due to my attire but I would appreciate being able to shop in a store comfortably without being suspected. Although, I will say I was treated completely different in Ross next door which had a better variety of items and staff that didn’t immediately profile me, I will recommend shopping at Ross instead. Do...

After purchase, another gentleman, Kevin, helped get it into my small car to take home. Despite the tight fit, Kevin managed to figure out a way to get it into the back seat (thank you again, Kevin!). While the shop was crowded with customers, it was great to see so many folks on the floor and at the registers, especially when they’re so upbeat and...
