Maurices — Local services in Richland

After trying to order size 12 XL M jeans Maurices online for WEEKS. I finally had enough energy to leave my agoraphobia and social anxiety behind to go find jeans at the Richland Maurices . Only to be told that they do not carry XL with isn’t true, I’ve bought 3 pairs of XL from that specific store, maybe it was under different management last year, I don’t know. But now I need a size 12 XL from Maurices. I prefer M jeans because they fit, the last forever, and I am 5’11” I need XL. After asking if they could order some in even if I had to buy in bulk, they said they don’t do that. I ended buying one pair of disappointing light blue jeans that will arrive somewhere at some point in time. Even though they made an order for one pair of disappointing jeans I don’t like but I’m desperate. I left in tears, gathered myself in the car and called the first Maurices that popped up, the Hermiston Store, they DO order the sizes you need!!! You can call ahead and they will have the clothes set out and ready for you to try on. The Richland Maurices employee I had wasn’t mean, she wasn’t in a bad mood. She was chipper, and tried to be helpful. But she made it clear that she cannot order my size in jeans no matter how big of an order I buy. I recommend the Vintner Square Maurices to peoples that are about 5’8”to 5’10” anything taller go to Hermiston. Ask...

I have had nothing but exceptional service at Maurice's for the past 6 years! I hadn't been in for months and decided I needed to update my jean collection! I went into the Kennewick Maurice's and got amazing service, she helped and called around everywhere for one pair of Silver Jeans I had to have! She had 4 people in line and juggling trying to get people fitting rooms and still took the time to help me. I decided to head to the Richland location to see if they had any other Silver Jeans. I walk in... nothing. I look around for a good 30 minutes with a handful of clothes. Don't get a hello or offered a room. I got myself a room tried on and still... nothing. Mind you, the store has 2 other customers and 2 associate's are standing there doing absolutely nothing. The 4 items I was going to buy gladly went back. Let's just say I'll be ordering those items online. I have never been so disappointed in someone's customer service.
