Richmond Center — Attraction in Richmond Heights

Actually I believe that was yesterday and I give you five stars all the way because it had everything was a very large store easy to get lost in but plenty of people there to help give directions on where the product that I was looking for was actually a very clean store and I'm a grocery manager so I should know five stars is good cuz I'm a five Star grocery manager now I'm a six star if there was ever one. Love this schnucks. They have very caring and friendly staff. The staff was very helpful to me in a life threatening illness that took place at the store. Eric, the manager and manager of the seafood department were quick to assist with calling the ambulance to take me to the hospital. When I was able to speak I called the store and spoke to Eric about my car being in the parking lot and he assured me that he would make sure my car wouldn't be towed. I love this location....I can find things easily, produce is always FRESH and STOCKED. If I have trouble locating something the team members are always willing to stop what they're doing to assist. I'm usually greeted with a smile starting with the baggers and thanked for my service when I leave. Don't let the parking lot fool you....the lines move extremely fast!!! I recently left Schnucks as a team member because the moral at my store was terrible. I wished they'd let me transfer to this location!!! Keep up the Great...
