Richmond Hill City Center — Attraction in Richmond Hill

I had the worst experience with this venue and it's Staff. The director of sales does not communicate well or consistently. The day of my wedding I noticed alot of things that were not in order and should have been. For example, the bathroom had no AC, no running water or paper towels for us women to use. We had to go into the men's or just use hand sanitizer.also the room where I and my bridal party got ready has not set up prior to us getting there and had dead bugs all over the floor. They didn't have enough kitchen staff or servers, so my food was brought out cold and they started late. I had a full open bar that ran out of certain alcohol early on and ice, that they had to send someone to the store to buy more.Althoygh this venue is very beautiful it was not presented to me in a Profesional way. My husband and I spent alot of money to be there and they did not hold up there end of the contract. My menu was changed at the last minute and I was never told about it. Lunch was so very good today!! And I have to give my praise to our waiter Kwame ( for give me if this is spelled wrong). He gave such wonderful service. His ability to seamlessly serve two tables that sat down at the same time was amazing. He also took the time to recognize the extra needs of a child. He was patient and listened to his babbling request for rice and verified with us as to whether or not we wanted to actually order it. He also kept all glass items and drinks away from little hands ( of course this is very much the parents job but there are countless times servers have just put drinks down in front of my 3 yr old and I have to make a mad dash to move it before it ends up on the floor!)
