Flashback — Restaurant in Richmond Hill

My husband and I have been coming here since 2019, we are literally there every weak. I've never had bad food, bad service, or anything negative at flashbacks. The owner is an amazing woman and you can tell she pours her heart and soul into that place. The staff is phenomenal and have always made us feel welcome and like we were a part of a family. The wings are the most amazing thing on the menu, and the amount of flavors is crazy, especially since you can mix flavors to come up with your own wing sauce. Adriane, Amanda, and Brad are definitely my favorite employees there. But, legitimately everyone who works there is awesome. These negative reviews MUST BE from a bad day. I have been going to flashbacks for 3 years now to eat, dine, drink and enjoy the atmosphere. As a local this is one of my favorite hangouts. The owner does not take any B.S. and is always helpful and catering to everyone. The waiters and bartenders work hard and I've seen them work jam-packed hours with energy and consistency. For those who are non smokers concerned with smell there is a seperate area outside for smoking and the bar area is always clean and very enforced non-smoking.These people are great and weekend nights are so much fun. Came here for the first time today and let me start by asking if you know what a chatty Kathy is? Well it’s extremely aggravating to be out of beer and need something while it should be obvious to her bc you know…it’s her JOB! Especially when 4 people are at the bar. Well at least I get to know her weekend plans and her preferred drink of choice and why! You would think the 20 min of conversation would be enough time for my wings to cook at least. But no.
