Went to the 99 cent store and was able to find paper towels and bathroom tissue right up front. No need to run up and down aisles looking for products that are in short supply in other places.
During times like these when hoarding and price gouging is a problem, a community store with people in mind will have planned to stock up to lower the frustration rate. That's what this 99 cent store did! Plenty of soap, tissue, paper towels and the service was FAST. All the "Big" stores were out and had no back up plan. I traveled from Oakland to Richmond and was pleasantly surprised.
