Today, I ordered a footlong veggie patty sandwich on the online app using the deal 6.99 per footlong. I pickup my order at around 7 pm and came home and when I opened the sandwich, one veggie patty was cut in half length wise and used in the full footlong. I went back to the subway and asked the lady who made the sandwich who was the owner, and she said it was herself, then I told her that you put only one veggie patty in the entire footlong, she responded saying they only had one left, and I said why did you not disclose that to me, and why was it being offered on the app. She was rude and said well you’re also getting a 6.99 footlong, and I said that is deal being offered on your app, I’m not getting the sandwich for free. If your issue is with the deal then complain to your franchise. The entire sandwich was super light with all the veggies, 4 slices of tomatoes when it should be 6 slices, 6 pieces of Cucumber but there only 4. They were trying to cut corners because deals were offered, but how is that the consumers fault. When i said that is wrong and i would need to complain about this, and very arrogantly she said, go ahead, go complain no problem. She not only ruined our dinner but most importantly a Friday evening after hard week of work. I will never come back to this place again. Even in the past their quality of sandwiches have been bad but I kept going because of the convenience, but they do not deserve business if they make it a consumers fault when advertising deals...

Read moreVery disappointing experience. I asked for a 6" flat bread sandwich which I've gotten often at other Subways. Server said flat bread can only be 12". I was disappointed, but paused a moment and then said ok. Server proceeded to turn the flat bread the wrong way so the sandwich was only 8"!
