As a memorial and resting place for the dead, it is amazing. As a meeting venue, it's a bit dark. Fortunately, Historic Richmond, who owns the property, is looking for an adaptive reuse for the space. Right now it is primarily a wedding venue. I'm not sure it is open to the public at all actually, but there is a marker out front telling the history of the tragedy it memorializes, who is buried there, and who designed it. Parking is in the lot behind the state government building *directly* across the street (turn right at the light).

A great story about a tragedy and how a city dealt with it.
