I love the parks in Richmond! But recently, almost every morning when I’m walking my dog at Million park, there’s someone who just sits in their van and looks in my direction. Maybe he’s doing a job (he is in a park vehicle) but it seems like he’s just sitting there and it makes me very uncomfortable since usually it’s only me at the park. Even if I’m there for 30 minutes he still stays and sits there the entire time. I would enjoy the park more if this person wasn’t here. It reminded us of the festivals and concerts from our hippie days. Excellent music and Drag Show and there lots of booths dedicated to community services and human rights.
