My wife and I hired them to help us move from our apartment into our new house, and they were excellent. We had hired Brothers Fix in the past for smaller jobs, but this was the largest job we've hired them for yet. They showed up on time, handled packing up everything we had asked with care (making sure to check with us about which things we wanted to have wrapped up for extra safety), and then drove everything to the house and moved it into the rooms we wanted. Since we had also hired them to mount our TVs and put the sheets and mattress protectors on for our bed (due to it being too level for us to easily do on our own), Dwayne and Ivan stuck around for a couple hours after everything was moved in and took care of all of that. They made sure to check with us that each part was done correctly; after initially installing the living room TV mount, we noticed that it looked tilted outwards at the top, so Dwayne took a closer look and realized that the mechanism wasn't quite locked into place, so he spent an extra few minutes making sure it was absolutely perfect (and even spent a little extra time after we were satisfied with the outwards tilt being fixed because he felt like he could make it less tilted on the sides as well.
