A great little hole in the wall that I will definitely return to! We have ordered take out from a Taste of Tuscany before, since their sandwiches were great and I have never had such a delicious loaded garbage pizza before. The veal and chicken parm were tender, as well as the egg and peppers were plentiful and loaded with flavor. The pizza was loaded with toppings. I haven't had pizza this good since we moved here. We ate in this last time and the service was attentive, the tables were clean and had full condiments on the table. We started with the caprese salad and the fresh homemade mozzarella was plump and flavorsome. My hubby had chicken franchise and it did not disappoint 😋. I had the chicken cardinale which was 2 breaded fried breasts, homemade mozzarella, slice of tomato and prosciutto. I actually said mmmmm at the table! I had it with cheese tortellini in vodka sauce. I had to take half home, their was so much! You can't go wrong here, we needed a nap, we were so full. This is our go to place for pizza and sandwiches and...
Read moreIf you look at taste of tuscany from outside, you'd think it's just a small take out pizzeria place. But once you walk in, they have a decent & sizeable seating area in the back. The food is great! I ordered the seafood linguine which I really liked. It came out hot and sizzling just the way I like it & it was tasty! The server was polite & nice. It's a good place for a casual or semi casual meet for food & conversation. It's not loud i.e doesn't have overwhelming music, actually if there was any, barely heard it. It gives a 'homey' or family feel. I went here on a Wednesday night so I'm not sure how it is on the weekends. But it's definately not the place if you're dressed & out looking for a dinner/lounge/party ambience-worthy place with some music. So overall, it's a casual family-oriented italian restaurant with great food and amazing staff. It gets 5 stars because I'm big on good food PLUS good service. Parking...
Read moreA great local pizza joint (and the dinners are good as well). I would love to give them 5 stars because the staff are super nice and always friendly but I have to reserve a perfect rating for something otherworldly. Now, do not take that to diminish this place in the least, clearly this is the best pizza joint in this area - solid in all areas of pizza: the regular, sicilian, grandma - all really good. The 2go sandwiches are also tasty with broc rab and fresh mozz. I have had most of the dishes on the menu and all are pretty solid. This would not be a place I would think of as fine dining but take out any of the pasta dishes and you will be pleased. I think I would have to say this is a great pizza place "+" which certainly gives it some variety. Our office orders from here at least once (usually more) a week... try the Pasta Fagiola and the Tortellini...
