KFC — Restaurant in Hackensack

Besides KFC’s delicious chicken, this KFC has the most amazing staff!!!

I came here earlier this week after having placed an order through my iPhone on the original chicken sandwich for $3.99, believed I’d selected no mayo. Walked in an informed the employee behind the counter who responded the order they received was with mayo and made. Then I heard the manager, Sabbir (like Samir/Sameer with ‘b’ instead of ‘m’ sound), who apparently heard my discussion, request that another be made one without mayo. Sabbir & I both discussed how neither of us like Mayo for personal health reasons.

Sabbir and his fellow staff always grant me a KFC sauce, that only KFC sauce makes - cause if I was any where else I’d just opt for their honey mustard.

Here’s a photo of my fries laced with 2 salt, 2 pepper & 4 ketchup packets. And my chicken sandwich (pickle slices eaten first & one container spread of KFC sauce. KFC is offering these free fries combined with an $1+ order = amazing little combo for $4.25 total.

So I went to KFC and used the kiosk to order. I modified my order and added extra cheese, extra gravy as well as extra sweet corn. As I received my food I noticed I didn’t receive the extra modifications I initially ordered. I went and tried to speak to the manager Alejandra and explain my issues, but instead she gave me a hard time and didn’t even acknowledge my concerns. Stating “ you didn’t pay for extra corn” I then showed her the receipt where it stated extra corn and still nothing. She proceeded to become nasty with me, I then requested a refund. We love KFC. I was looking forward to having my favorite “the famous bowl” but she ruined it for me. KFC is my favorite place in the world and instead of her making it right she decided to argue with me. I explained my modified order and showed her the receipt but she continue to argue with me causing me to get upset and walk out . Alejandra you are nasty and I hope you do not treat people like this because you do not know what people may be going through. I deserve to get what I paid for , instead of deescalating the situation you kept adding fuel to the fire. Over corn? I would like someone to...

Sent my friend money for Uber ride to get here from New Milford NJ and money for Chicken Pot Pies for her birthday. She was so anxious to try them as I rave about them. She took an Uber to the store and paid to have the driver wait. There was NO ONE WORKING in the Store - one male employee sitting outside smoking. This was during normal hours - around 4 PM during the week of Sept 9th 2024. She went inside - no one working the counter no one in store. One person in back mopping. She kept asking loudly for help. Finally a man came out said no pot pies - one left have to wait 25 minutes. Could not understand English at all. Asked if she could buy the frozen pot pie and she would cook it home and he said no. She then asked for 2 small cokes and biscuits to eat in car one for her and one for the Uber driver. He looked and finally said yes he could "find some biscuits". How does this place stay in business? The KFC I go to in Ocean County NJ drive through is great and they are never out of pot pies at dinner time. KFC Corporate need to look at this store for sure.
