They sold us a shoddily made bottle that leaked onto our hard wood floors causing thousands of dollars worth of damage. The owner told us to basically go F our selves and if we wanted any help covering the damages we would have to take him to court. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS AS THEY WILL RUIN YOUR HOUSE.
They sold us water for about 2 years and every time the delivery guy carried the water bottles in and put them in the same exact place. The last batch of bottles came and one of them had a tiny leak in it that went unnoticed until we went to change out the bottle. This leak, over the course of about 5 days, soaked through the pad under the bottle and warped our hard wood flooring.
When I called into speak with the owner he got very hostile and refused to even apologize, much less help us find a solution to the issue. He responded "we are not responsible for anything that happens to our bottles". That's like a car company selling you a car with our brake pads then saying "it's not our fault you crashed; you were driving". He continued by saying that they don't recommend placing the bottles anywhere but the garage or the basement to avoid issues like this. My grandmother is almost 90 and has a neighbor come and change the bottles for her so it's not like she moved them or anything. The employees of this company placed the bottles here and never once made a comment about finding a better place to put them so I find it highly irresponsible and very childish of them to make this their policy after something has gone wrong.
The owner finished by saying that they have been brought to court over issues like this many times before and have always won. This tells me that the owner would rather pay for lawyers and attorneys then pay to properly check and maintain the product he sells. Our most recent delivery day was moved from Friday to Saturday, fine. We brought our 5gal jugs in. Several days later, I noticed a puddle of water on the floor: lo and behold, I notice one of the jugs has leaked about 1/4 onto my HARDWOOD FLOOR. ADDING INSULT TO INJURY: it’s clearly written in sharpie (most likely by a previous customer) “Broken”. Unfortunately I hadn’t noticed it when I brought it in. 4 days later, I’m glad I did though! The initial pickup of the empty, the “sanitization process” and then my delivery driver - NOBODY noticed this? I called today to notify them of the situation and to ask for 1 replacement jug to be dropped off, on the appointed delivery day to my town, the woman that answered agreed… until she called my husband back to say they wouldn’t deliver “just 1 bottle” without an order placed. They accepted it and told me, they will send me a bottle for free and I should be sure, there was nothing to be anxious, because the bottles stay under the trees, but they are cleaned and sterilized after that. Because of the cooler was not working at the same time, they promised me also to change the cooler. So they brang me my new order, but sent me a used and cleaned cooler instead of my new cooler. So I told them to cancel my membership, and I don’t resist on my one month rent which I payed yet, I only want the deposit for my four bottles.
