AT&T Store — Local services in Hackensack

I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for years and eventually I got tired of paying almost $200 for one line so with in my mind and wanting to upgrade my iPhone 12 Pro Max to the iPhone 14 pro max I decided to head to this store and see what I can get. Heading there I got caught in traffic which made me nervous because the store closes at 8 and my eta was set for 7:30pm so I worried I would be rushed or not helped based on my previous experience with other T-Mobile stores. I was wrong! I was greeted by Layth whom I was referred to by my sister and she was not wrong about her recommendation. He greeted me as if I was the first customer of the day with a warm welcome and a huge smile. I told him my issues with T-Mobile and what I wanted and he got right on it. Within half an hour I had a new plan for both my brand new iPhone 14 pro max and my iwatch while saving me over $70 a month on my bill while receiving the same unlimited data plan. They have discounts for first responders and military personal which I admired being the daughter of an Air Force Pilot. Needless to say the customer service received from Layth was impeccable and the soonest service was out of this world that it made me wonder why I didn’t come here sooner. I send everyone I know to this particular AT&T store! I have been going here for a few years now, and I won't go anywhere else because of how much I trust their staff. I had a lot of questions and needed real guidance, and Sarah was extraordinary in her focus to detail, caring approach, and over-the-top follow-through! Any time I have a question, need to purchase products, or need a upgrade on my phones -for my family account. I go to the ATT store in Hackensack-Riverfront Plaza. Layth Asaba the manager is amazing! He is very friendly, knowledgeable and so quick. He is always multi tasking when working! I now rather go in person to the store than speak to someone over the phone or online which usually takes forever. He saved me almost $80 a month on my account which was fantastic and much appreciated especially during these times! When I walk in the store, I am always grateful when I see him.
