These two were not only incredibly helpful and professional but also genuinely sweet and down-to-earth. They made the entire experience so enjoyable and stress-free. When one of the outfits I picked didn’t work out, they were quick to jump in with thoughtful, honest feedback and immediately pulled other options based on my style and preferences. Awful experience, really disappointed especially since Libby herself was involved. I am from out of town and Libby Store was one of my favorite stores. I have spent quite some time and money here. I got two items for Christmas at Libby Story, and because I live in New Orleans, was not able to bring back until 2 months later. I had receipts for both items. They would not even allow me to get store credit. Even after contacting Libby, THE STORE OWNER HERSELF, she would not allow it. I will no loner shop here and would recommend you don’t either.
