If I could give this store a zero, I would! I normally give retail specialist grace on Motherâs Day and holidays but thereâs so many ways the store couldâve operated today. I came into the store for a PICK UP order around 5. I didnât know I needed an email and a lady let me know they I could stand to the side while she took care of people who did have emails first. She was then rudely interrupted by the assistant manager who told me that I needed to wait for an email. I had been waiting for 30 mins in line already and decided to walk around in other stores while I wait. I came back at 7:40 cause the line was short and they close at 8. I found the door to be locked and a security guard let me know that they werenât accepting any more people even though my order had already been paid for. I donât think I wouldâve been as upset if my interactions with the employees werenât horrible on top of them closing 20mins before itâs listed for them to close. This location and probably even this company will NEVER get a dime out of me. Iâm beyond annoyed at my dented Motherâs Day plans over something that couldâve been avoided. IT TAKES TWO MINS TO BAG A PAIR OF EARRINGS. So many people walked away angry today and rightfully so! Do better!    Read moreMy husband purchased a pandora bracelet as a gift but it was too small so of course I had to go in and exchange for a bigger size. He also purchased 9 or 10 additional charms I wanted to exchange some of the charms. Christina (the clerk) tells me that one of the charms wasnât on the receipt. After I had switched out the charms I noticed she kept the 1 that she said wasnât on the receipt. I had to inquire about why she didnât return it to me & she then told me it wasnât purchased because it wasnât on the receipt and she would not be giving it back to me. I asked how are you going to make a decision about a charm that I brought in here with me when you donât know if someone else gave this to me or my husband for me or not her response was mâam really! Honestly I donât have to defend where I got it because again I brought this charm in with me. She tells me if you wouldâve âcaught itâ before bringing it back in you couldâve kept it. No investigation was done just assumptions & with a horrible attitude! The customer service skills are horrible. I spoke on the phone with the manager who advised she would contact me by phone on Monday after investigating but she didnât. Iâll be returning the entire $500+ purchase because I donât appreciate the way this was handled or the way she made me feel. We will never do...
   Read moreI have shopped at Pandora for a while now to get gifts for my mother, girlfriend now fiancé etc. I recently moved to Mississippi and decided to get some last minute gifts and looked up Pandora and was directed by gps to this store. I walked in talking on the phone through headphones but was never greeted even when my phone conversation was completed. I stood in the store for about 15mins with nobody speaking to me. There were three workers standing at the back table so I walked near the table and as I walked up one young lady walked past me to help a woman who just entered the store and the other two continued their conversation.
