Staples — Attraction in Ridley Township

Went in to do Amazon return. While I was waiting in line, I saw they had some old ripped up and some flattened boxes piled up with some other stuff that look like trash like dirty, dusty old computer or a printer or something. I went to take one box. It was just a low sided box like 4 inches high that once held Hammermill printer paper and the guy, I guess he’s the manager, starts yelling at me across the store in front of several customers that the boxes were “not for taking.” These boxes were all torn up and I was not allowed to take a ripped cardboard box. I would never ever buy another thing from this store ever again based on the experience I just had. I cannot believe that I was scolded for trying to take a small ripped cardboard box that did not have a lid either. It was just an 8”x11” open box. I hope the manager is now satisfied that he lost a customer permanently and I hope corporate sees this and commends him for losing a customer who, apparently isn’t as valuable as a piece of trash. I will be telling anybody else that I know that needs to go to Staples or at least this particular store about what...

If i could give a zero star I would. Horrible service. I wasn’t greeted upon store entry, when asked about the Amazon return station I was give. Direction by associate Jayme (that’s why the name tag read) by pointing. I did not feel welcome at all. The environment was non friendly. After waiting a few mins to receive service at the Amazon station another associate which I did not get a name of continued to work and let me stand. After another guest enter the store and formed a line behind me help was called over and while perform my transaction I still did not get an hello , Gm nothing. Just very unwelcoming encounter. Staples do better and teach staff the importance of greeting & servicing customers with a smile. I...

I had to fax medical documents. Initially the woman at the register was very friendly and nice. But the woman at the fax and copier section was NOT helpful. She was rude and acted like she didn't want to do her job. It was my first time at that Staples and honestly my first time making a fax. I should have just went to the library liked I planned. Don't go on Friday mornings if you need assistance with a fax because you're probably not gonna get it or you'll get the help with an extra dose of...
