La Michoacana Meat Market — Attraction in River Oaks

I tried to send this message on your contact page on your website but it kept gving me an error message, I also tried to contact the Instagram Page and no reply. On April 18th, I went to La Michocana in River Oaks, TX. I went to purchase meat that was on sale for $8.99 in your AD. When i went to the meat counter, I couldn't find the meat and when i asked the man behind if there were any left and he rudely stated there was but that it was 12.99 not 8.99 but i pointed out the ad and stated that it said it was 8.99. He refused to give me the 8.99 price. I then took it to the cashier and asked to speak with a manager, the cashier asked what the problem was, i told her the situation, she then agreed it should have been 8.99. She went to the back and i presume spoke with a manager. She came back and she stated that I just needed to go back there and get it re-stickered by him. I went and stood at the counter and he was there and ignored me, there were no other customers, it wasn't until another customer, who was white, walked up and he helped him still ignoring me. Another woman who was behind the counter finally came out and profusely apologized on his behalf saying he didn't know. I told her, he knew he just refused to follow what the ad said. I didn't catch his name badge since either he took it off when i came back the 2nd time or he never wore it. It's very discouraging to go to a store when your own raza is so hateful to you just because you're trying to save a couple of bucks in this economy. I'm not sure if i'll visit this...

This used to be a good place to shop. The milk I bought this morning was expried, so I ran back to the store they exchanged it, but the only other milk they had expires in 4 days. While I'm expressing my frustration with how this wasnt the first time, another employee vibes up interjects and just decided to be rude. Infact last time I ate at the deli I got sick 😷🤢. So my response is simple. I just won't shop there anymore. Check labels if you ship here. The only reason I didn't give it 1star is because the cashier's are rockstars! I watched them work in extreme temperatures infront of a door that could've been weather proofed. This is clearly a poor management...

First time i go to this location and last time. I went for Sweet bread then decided to take something for dinner from the food department there was five people in line and only one person serving the lady in front of me asked the cashier if we could please get extra help. She then went and ask the lady that was serving the pork meat if she could help. four one she was rude and for second she came out saying I don't speak English. and walked off as the other customer was trying to explain to her what she wanted. All i want to say is this lady needs to learn how to be more considerate more respectful and professional in her job or...
