We have a GE freezer that was not working and they are contracted with Eve Services, so our first repair was great (after reading the reviews I'm confident that my husband had been dealing with David as his inspection was thorough and his work done well). Fast forward two months and the freezer again was not cooling. As other customers have pointed out, be prepared to be without your appliance for a while if they have to order a part because you can not schedule the repair until after the part comes in (appt two weeks after part arrived). This second time around the technician barely inspected the freezer yet somehow diagnosed the issue (was literally here about 5 min). We've been patiently waiting and the part finally arrived and appointment day here. No one informed me that the technician was on the way. He then is here and informs me he doesn't have the appropriate tool with him. I was then told we would need to wait 3 WEEKS for the next available appt. Obviously this was unacceptable so I contacted GE. They then called the company and the appt was moved up to a 9 day wait (still unacceptable but I'm about at my wits end). While I was still on the phone with them Eve services called and left me a message that included doing some "serious moving around and digging" to get my appt moved up as if in some world I was inconveniencing them and not the other way around. This was YOUR mistake and if it weren't for being under warranty we would not being using this company.
update Scot called me the day after this post and was able to get me a same day appointment. The (pronounced Tay) came and did a great job. He was thorough and freezer is working. I apologize bc he was the initial person my husband had with out first repair). So thanks, The! If this was the way with was handled initially this post would not have existed, therefore it gets 4...

Prior to his arrival, the technician contacted me to ensure early arrival would be alright. When the technician arrived, he was very respectful of my things and property. The technician went straight to work upon me showing him my appliance. He listened carefully as I described my issue, and listed all of the troubleshooting steps that I had already taken. He took the information that I provided him and was able to expertly build on it. He diagnosed my problem quickly and professionally, and was able to focus directly on the broken part. He disassembled the problem front panel carefully, he removed the parts that were defective and he assembled the new, working parts. He then replaced the front panel with great care, ensuring that he did not damage my appliance or scratch the finish. He conducted a thorough post-Installation function check to be sure that everything was working properly and to my satisfaction. He examined the broken part and shared with me the probable root cause of the failure. One signature from me and he was on the way to his next appointment. All - in - all, he was able to complete the job in less than an hour. I have absolutely no issue giving this company, and their skilled technician staff, my strongest recommendation. Overall, our experience has been a mess since the very beginning with Eve. We were assigned this company as our laundry servicer through LG since our LG Washer was having some issue while still under warranty.
To begin, it took over two weeks just to set an appointment as there were no communication between LG and Eve to confirm our warranty. Each conversation we had went nowhere with minimal answers and a continual blame game on the other party.(LG in the instance)
Once the appointment was created, our servicer came to our house for 5 minutes, confirmed a new part was needed, and left. The part arrived within 3 days of the appointment but we were not able to make it on the schedule for a full 3 weeks.
So, at this point we have been working with this company for 5 weeks and still no solution to our broken washerā¦
Fast forward to one day before the appointment⦠we received a call that they no longer have any technicians and are cancelling our appointment and future service.
The unprofessional nature in how this company handles communication and scheduling was frustrating as a customer.
Highly suggest staying clear from this company, not worth the hassle!
P.S. the one star in this review should go toward Addison in your call center as she was the only person at this company who ever seemed like they knew what they were doing and provided...
