I am not sure which is worse the Wells Fargo Bank or the dangerous parking SITUATION.
It feels like you are taking a big risk with not only your life but your car when you are trying to park. The space are too close and very narrow and even with that fact the parking spaces are extremely too few for the amount of people who conduct business there the ratio is way out of line.
You need to be very careful when you turn into the first driveway off Magnolia in front if Wells Fargo Bank because the car in front of you will stop short WITHOUT NOTICE because of a pedestrian or car backing up or waiting for a parking space to open up SO BE CAREFUL YOU ARE ENTERING AT YOUR OWN RISK AND IT IS A DANGEROUS RISK!
The other dangerous factor is the limited space when a car starts backing up as you are driving in now that is a accident waiting to happen. Because the space is so limited the backing up car prevents other cars from coming or going until the person backing up Is allowed to complete this task THERE IS NO ROOM TO GO AROUND SO YOU NEED TO STOP AND WAIT AND IF THE CAR BEHIND THEM REFUSES TO BACK UP A LITTLE TO ALLOW THE PERSON ROOM TO BACK OUT WELL YOU ARE UP THE CREEK WITH OUT A PADDLE.
I myself have been forced to park a distance away SEVERAL times I have parked in front of the dentist office which is clear across the parking lot from the postal service, bank or tailor shop simply for safety and protection of myself and car.
And let us not forget the persons (the pedestrian) that were also forced to park so far away from the bank that they walk right in front of your car as you are driving in from Magnolia WITHOUT A CARE IN THE WORLD. THEY ALL ASSUME THEY HAVE THE RIGHT AWAY TO CROSS INFRONT OF YOU THEY NEVER LOOK UP OR EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE YOU. They simple proceed TOWARDS THEIR DESTINATION.
I have never seen a cross walk but by the number of pedestrians who continuely walk infront of the cars trying to pull into the parking lot off of Magnolia you would think there was on so good luck.
Well after all this RISKY BUSINESS OF TRYING TO FIND A PARKING SPACE I would say regardless of which it is you are forced to deal with the Wells Fargo Bank or the Parking you are taking a GREAT RISK THAT MAY END UP COSTING YOU MORE THAN IT WAS WORTH SO THINK ABOUT IT CAREFULLY CAN YOU AFFORD THE RISK?
ENTER BOTH THE WELLS FARGO BANK OR THE PARKING LOT WITH CAUTION AND BEWARE OF THE UNSEEN AND UNKNOWN AND ASK YOUR SELF DO YOU FEEL LUCKY?
If you must go enter THE BANK OR THE PARKING LOT from Magnolia ENTER by the driveway near Carl's Jr and Fed Ex it is safe and not as risky. WHY? BECAUSE THERE IS A MARKED CROSS WALK THERE AND STREET LIGHTS TO PROTECT YOU.
ATLEAST THIS WAY YOU HAVE A FIGHTING CHANCE TO GET IN THE PARKING LOT AND THERE IS NO PROMISE OF FINDING A PARKING SPACE NEAR WHERE YOU NEED OR WANT TO GO FOR SERVICE that is risk you take alone so to make your life safer and easier park as far away as possible why because remember you are going to need to get out of the PARKING LOT.
AND BELEIVE ME THAT CAN BE A LONG WAIT DEPENDING ON THE CARS INFRONT OF YOU WHO REFUSE TO TURN UNTIL THE VERY LAST CAR HAS GONE BY AND THE NEXT CAR CANT DECIDE WHETHER TO TURN RIGHT OR LEFT.
WELL JUST THINK ABOUT...
Read moreGood place , with a variety of useful businesses. I like the Fed-Ex shop as a useful unique place to meet many of my business and hobby needs. I notice that there is actually a Clock Shop that does what I assume is clock repair and sales. I really think that such an esoteric small shop having a store front here is a really very cool thing! I need to visit it just because it's so cool. Wells Fargo branch is here too. I notice a Sushi restaurant here is very popular on the weekends and is worth investigating too. Senior Baja occupies the old Green Burrito and I can say that they are very good and affordable. As is Waba Grill.... AutoZone too.... Yeah I never realized it until making this review, that this shopping center really supports most any real need with it's cornerstone business being the Ralphs Grocery Market. Just about something for everyone, even a dry cleaner , beauty supply and smoke shop too. The large variety and availability is what makes this place really worthy. I appreciate it for what it is but I will also note my more critical observation,,, on the critical or negative side, this shopping center has begun to age a bit and hasnt kept up with the remodel and facelift projects that some of the other places, notably such as the Riverside Plaza and especially Vons vs Ralph's. Ralph's over here is ready for a modern uplift and makeover. It's getting a bit dated feeling. It seems like they are kinda packed too with too much stuffed into limited space. Another thing to note that there is always the less advantaged transient type of persons that seem to always be loitering around the parking lot. I am doubtful that they are doing much of any commerce, but mostly just loitering. The big problem with this is that two out of three of these individuals are crazy or acting out with general rude behaviour. Obviously it is large enough problem that private security has been hired to help out with the problem. That's a step in the right direction and glad that they acknowledge the problem and are active in some sort of solution. It certainly isn't the centers fault and it's not as though anything about the center encourages it. Just a bad set of circumstances and there goes the neighborhood. This is an unfortunate problem at many places within the city. There are no right or wrong simple solutions. We all must have patience, open mindedness and understanding that these individuals are human beings and citizens that have problems... But it is indeed difficult to remain patient! I have felt bad for many of them but I really am feeling less and less heart as they have created more problems beyond simple inconvience. I am none the less grateful for the private security. I think if Ralph's did a fancy remodel that might justify their higher prices I would give this an overall 5 stars Homeless activity and Ralph's aging facility drops this place by 1 star . The large variety of useful shops and restaurant choices I really should call it 5 star and I...
Read moreThis is where I go and buy my groceries I love this place. Now I must admit they are a little high as far as other stores. But the quality of food is good very friendly environment. The cashiers are very friendly and if you are a elderly woman or gentleman they will gladly take your bags out to your car. And place them in your trunk. They have a great bakery. No I'm a person who loves sushi and a most grocery stores the sushi is pre-packaged and brought in. Tell me that's not fresh sushi. But at this Ralph they have two gentlemen who makes the sushi fresh everyday. And they will make it the way you like it right there in front of you and the sushi is very fresh and they have reasonable prices. Now when someone have their birthday I always go to the bakery there and order cakes. I don't like cakes with the thick icing on it it's too sweet for me. And they made me a cake with cream cheese butterscotch and strawberry cake and it was the best cake I had ever had it was excellent. And it was a whole sheet I believe I only paid $21 for it don't...
