Finery Bridal Chic — Attraction in Rochester

If I could give Twins Cities/MN brides one piece of advice it would be to RUN to Finery Bridal Chic. I went to several shops before Finery (many were truly delightful!) but none compared to the expertise, variety, and service provided at Finery. The shop itself is absolutely lovely, but what makes it incredible is the group of women who run it.

The second we walked in, I felt important, comfortable and heard. I explained to Carol that I had struggled to find a dress and was having a lot of anxiety and she reassured me we would figure it out together. Throughout the appointment, Carol, Sydney and Claire listened to me and pulled dresses based on my VERY specific feedback. Additionally, they listened to my guests and did a wonderful job merging everyone's thoughts- it was as though they magically produced dresses based on what we said! They truly work as collaborators and it felt very reassuring being in their hands!

Their expertise and love for the craft was evident every step of the way. They have an incredible and wide selection of dresses- most importantly, designers and dresses that I had not seen anywhere else! Their price range was excellent as well- every dress was so beautiful and well crafted, but also under $3000. They knew every tweak we could make, details of every designer, what could and couldn't be done to a dress etc. Most importantly, they provided guidance without ever feeling pushy.

In the end, they found me a gorgeous dress. Once we had landed on a dress they made me feel even more beautiful by pairing it with jewelry, different veils etc., taking gorgeous pictures, and allowing me the space and time to FaceTime my dad. They even helped me to make the customizations that would make it feel even better for me- all under my budget! The quest for the dress was successful! I want everyone whose getting married or who ever will to know, Finery Bridal Chic is your place to go. I have such a hard time making decisions under pressure and was honestly dreading this day because the pressure of finding the perfect wedding dress was something I wasn’t sure I could handle. Carol and Sydney were an absolute godsend. They made the process so easy i didn’t feel an ounce of anything other than fun and confident the entire time. They took all my pictures and ideas to heart and were somehow able to find the absolute perfect dress for me. All the parts of other gowns that I loved somehow merged into the absolute perfect gown. It was so much fun and truly a day I will not forget. I recommend Finery to all newly engaged brides! My experience was 10/10 from start to finish. I had a very short timeline by industry standards. Claire was so sweet during our initial phone call and walked me through the options I had with my tight turn around. My appointment was so relaxed and fun - I don't typically enjoy shopping or trying things on so I was pleasantly surprised. I truly felt like I was receiving 100% of my stylists attention. The selection of dresses was gorgeous and Claire and the stylist worked together to pull dresses that fit my body and taste well. After my dress was ordered Finery did a great job communicating updates on the order status and expected arrival. My dress was on time and perfect.
