You've probably heard of Skellington Manor as a haunted house location for the fall. Did you know they have escape rooms for those wanting a mental challenge towards a goal?
Yes Skellington Manor has escape rooms! I've heard much talk of escape rooms, but I've never attempted one because I honestly thought they'd be stupid. The room my group attempted was very well designed. You could find clues and possibilities needing solved all around the initial room. If you like puzzles, you have to try this place. You get an hour to rack your brain trying to put pieces together towards solving a final goal.
The atmosphere in the rooms made you feel you were in another world. The puzzles made you try to solve them. The staff were amazing we with the help they "might" give if you need it.
I highly recommend Skellington Manor as a thing to do if you're looking for a work team outing, or just have an hour to see what puzzles you can solve.
Don't skip the trial puzzles in the lobby! They'll give you the energy needed to get through...
Read moreFun & Scary! The staff was all polite and considerate. They judge your level of fear and adjust the scares accordingly. The comebacks from the actors was great. Example; I told one character I would see him in my nightmares. He proceeded to somehow pop up again in the next room and say "or sooner! " The attraction was a nice mix of animatronics and live actors. The rooms and scenes were all very well done. You can tell they take time to set this up. It was not thrown togeather overnight. Well planned and beautifully decorated. Now that being said. My Dayghter and I are both asthmatic. There is a warning at the entrance not to enter if you have asthma. We both pre treated and had ZERO issues with our asthma. Everyone should make their own decisions with this condition before entering. There is some "smoke" and scares can set off an attack. We had a great 1st experience here and would recommend. It took our group approx 20-25 mins to get through the maze of a house. Making the entrance fee well...
Read moreI took my son and his friend to the lights on haunted house and it was super cool! It was great to see all of the props in the light and all of the hard work and effort that they put into the haunt. Usually when I go it is running scared so I don't have time to actually look at everything but this gave us the opportunity to do so. It can be scary for some younger kids as my son is 10 and was a little nervous at first but got warmed up the more we got into it. I also have had a wedding reception here during the month of November and the workers were absolutely amazing. They helped me out so much and were nice to work with every step of the way. They even had my decorations packed up and ready for me the next day when I came to get my stuff. Definitely a cool unique place to have...
