The preschool at ICMC is one of the best preschools to send your children to. The program that is offered at this preschool exceeds all of my expectations. My son has attended the preschool program for two years and has grown so much because of it. The staff, teachers, and director of the program have experience, knowledge, and training to help shape our children into excellent Muslims. I am so pleased with the outcome that I decided to enroll my son into the kindergarten program that started this year. I am impressed with the curriculum and glad to see that there is a fine balance between academics and religion. My son also gets Quran Memorization led by Sheikh Yusuf. In just less than 3 weeks he has learnt a new Surah. His kindergarten teacher is doing an amazing job with teaching the children and placing a great emphasis on phonics and mathematics. I am happy to see my son loves to learn and looks forward to doing homework rather than looking at it as a task. I trust the staff greatly with all of the positive influence they have had on my son that my daughter is now in their preschool program as well. I was in Morristown and was VERY anxious and nervous for it was time for MAGHRIB and IFTAR I googled MOSQUE and this center came up. It was 15mns from my location and I made it just in time for prayer . MASHAALLAH the warm welcome and genuine kindness I experienced are the true essence of Islam. Knowing I was new, The brothers kept bringing me food and sweet after prayer. Served me tea, water, sweets, etc.. and everybody who crossed eyes with me would Express the SALAM and introduce themselves. MASHAALLAH. May Allah keep showering the brothers and sisters of this mosque with hassanats, bless their families and all descendants til the end of time. ICMC is a welcoming, clean, and active mosque with a strong focus on education and community. The Saturday Hajj & Umrah Program is a gem. We pray Fajr together, then sit until sunrise. During this time, we recite Quran with Sheikh Adel’s verse by verse commentary, clear, deep, and practical. We then study Prophet’s seerah or tajweed rules to improve recitation. The session ends with two rak’ahs at sunrise, earning the reward of Hajj & Umrah (per Hadith). It’s focused, peaceful, and open to all, men, women, and families. Highly recommended.
