Check your bag before pulling away from the window! Forgot my wife's wrap. Second time in as many weeks. Time before that I pulled ahead to await my completed order and it was unreasonably long only to have what must have been the slowest most geriatric employee bring it to me. I have been going to beefaroo since I was a child. 50s60s roo RIP. I bring friends from out of town to eat there because I truly believe it to be a local treasure. They are more expensive than traditional fast food but obviously higher quality food. Given that higher price I guess I just expect more from them. I called to politely vent my grievance and the impression I got was "oh well, I could put you in the book for next time". Hey beefaroo you just stole money from me. I'll just eat elsewhere. Miss you already beefaroo....

Went through drive thru and was charged for someone else's order that was double the amount of my order. Went to the store to get it fixed and they couldn't give me my money back on the spot. The manager said he would give me the full refund for my order after sending the receipts to corporate. Been waiting 2 weeks to get my money and it still hasn't come back. Then I finally get the number for corporate and they can't credit my money back. So they offered to send a check, but it wasn't a full refund, it was the difference of what I had to pay.

Be careful giving your money to this place, it will be a nightmare trying to get it back if they screw up. Oh and make sure you ask for a receipt because they will not give you one unless you ask, but after this experience, I will NEVER go to...

I didn't like the fact that my cheese fries were not even done correctly the fries themselves we're not done. And also they put way too much salt I don't ever remember cheese fries being that salty. As for their burgers they were so dry never in my life. Beefaroo I don't know what happened to you but the only thing that was good about my meal was my shake. Maybe it's just this location I don't know maybe I might chance the other locations to find out but at this point in time I give this registry only one star rating until they boost their stuff up a little bit your burger shouldn't be burnt and they should not be overly dried and your French fries should be done and I think it should be optional for you to put salt or that much salt on...
