Candy Cloud - Rockford — Restaurant in Rockford Township

I had never been here before, but I had been eyeing it since they opened up, and my friends had raved about it. So I decided to try it out one day. I ordered 5 things for the family and they were all hits. We ordered in the fall so we were able to try their apple cider chai and ice cream with apple cider donut. Both were delicious. I'm just wondering how cream of sorts would be in the chai. I ordered it without the foam as I don't tend to like foam in my drinks. but now I wonder if it would have made it better.

We also tried the macchiato(brown sugar drizzle, caramel syrup, regular sweetness), horchata(with butter pecan syrup), and the blueberry acai and the family all enjoyed those.

However the Macchiato was pretty sweet, next time we order, we will probably get it at half sweetness. But it was still delicious!

The only reason I'm giving a 4 star, is not the stores fault at all, but rather the online/delivery aspect.

Online, the order didn't want to go through, I had to "confirm" it like 5 times before it processed. That made me wonder if it was going to go through 5 times or not at all.

Then I asked the delivery driver to ring the doorbell when they arrived, and they did not. It was like 5 minutes before I looked at my phone (because I was watching the time on my computer, rather than my phone.) and I did get a confirmation for delivery. Dated 5 minutes before.

Overall, I do want to order again. Their drinks/treat that we all tried were very good. I would 100% recommend trying them out. (If you like using straws, they have the big boba plastic straws.) and its easier to take the tab off the top of the cup/can/bottle(?) once you open it, then insert the straw.

Also if you have NOT ordered from them before, and you were wondering what material the cup can bottle is made from, its plastic with metal on top. (I was sort of wondering that myself, and figured it was plastic, but just in case anyone wanted...

Went in today, with my Wife and son. My son placed his order and when my wife went to enters hers the kiosk clears the cart . He re-enters his order then my wife enters hers…the kiosks clears the cart again. We repeat the process. Half way thru my order, the kiosk clears our order. We repeat and when we go to insert our card…..Yup, you guessed the kiosk clears our order. I told my wife and son order whatever I’m out. One of the workers came to assist us after I told her what had happened. She said she’d take our order so my son ordered his then my wife…or maybe…the associate seem to not understand the products they sell because although my wife’s order was completely different than my sons she kept entering the drink my son ordered and make the add-on/changes my wife wanted. My wife tried to correct her twice and still the order was not right…soooooo we went in wanting 3 drinks, we left with just the one. Today’s experience tested my patience...
