So this review may be a bit long, so strap in. It starts with me buying an open box JVC unit from best buy to be installed in a 2008 Ford Taurus. I have called around and internet searched audio installers, which proved to be a bit more trickier during the pandemic. I came across Charged up Customs , and with the mobile service offered I immediately requested a quote. Jeff replied back in a timely manner, and soon was able to discuss the job and the parts need. Fast forward the install day itself. It was easy to coordinate with Jeff , where to find the car in my job's garage for service. He came fully prepared. What we didn't plan for was the raw deal I got on the radio I had purchased (literally all the required parts needed had been stripped from the unit). Jeff quickly contacted me to let me know the issue, and to advise I follow up with best buy. But then he went a step further and went back to his supplier's shop to try to find a replace so the install could still be finished. Finally I was able to decided on a BOSS unit he recommend that ended up being perfect for the car. To say Jeff went above and beyond is a understatement. The finished produce is a nice clean install with a unit jammed packed with features. I work in the city , and Jeff's service is located out further in the neighboring counties and still was able to pull this mobile job off within 3 hours , after the unit setback. I will recommend Charged up customs to anyone looks for audio install work and I will definitely use their services again...

Jeff was very helpful in modernizing an older pickup truck that we purchased by installing a dash cam, backup cam, and Apple Carplay interface.

Although there was a shortage of products that were commercially available, he has direct access to a supplier and was able to get units that were otherwise out of stock at major retailers.

He is very knowledgable and was able to objectively lay out the specs of the different units that were available to us in terms of cost vs features and performance. He did not pressure me to purchase a cheaper or more expensive option but instead walked me through the rationale for each decision and helped me to make the choice that was right for me.

Jeff was on time and very easygoing when doing the installation at our house. He is a friendly and cordial guy and we felt very comfortable having him visit our home. We also were grateful that we did not have to perform any logistics in dropping off or picking up our vehicle, he came to us and had everything that was needed to do a complete installation that day.

Prior to this service I would ordinarily have gone to Best Buy, and had done so in the past to install audio equipment or other car components, but after this excellent customer experience Jeff will be the first person I call for any vehicle modifications we will make in the future. Highly...

I have a 2015 BMW 320i that has a navigation system in it. Come January 2022, the communication from the car to BMW and my app will end due to changes in 2G Cell policies. I ordered a MMI from Bimmertech so I could have Apple car play and Android Auto in the car. No one I contacted wanted to touch the BMW or charged nearly 700.00 to do the install! If I chose the $650, $700 offers, I would have to wait until late November for the install.

I heard back quickly from Jeffrey offering to not only do the install, but to do it at my house and at a rate I could live with! Once I let Jeffrey know I agreed, he asked to come by the following week. I agreed and we set the day and time.

The installation took a couple of hours and was perfect. Everything works as it should, there is no sign that the dashboard or glove compartment was ever taken apart.
