pOpshelf — Attraction in Rockwall

OMG Ladies!....if you haven't been here you really need to get a look-see! 😆 My husband took me to pick up an order I had placed the day before, and let me tell you...I didn't get past the second aisle as my husband browsed and shopped the whole store 😆 Need I say that I'll be making a shopping DAY to go there and see what I missed. With that said, the store was very tidy and the customer service was excellent! Nothing on the floor and everything in its place. The CSA was welcoming, and friendly with smiles on their faces and no dreadful looks glaring at customers while they shopped and checked out.. what a site that is these days. Now I don't know when or where the pOpshelf was established here in Rockwall but I'm glad that Google led me there! This Pop Shelf location is phenomenal! Mary, Yolanda and the entire staff go above and beyond..I found some perfect , inexpensive , identical gifts for my students.., but there were only seven on the shelf..Yolanda volunteered to pick up the additional four I needed at the PS location in Mesquite. There was a bit of mix up as to when I was to return to pick them up, but when I did return a few days later, Yolanda had gifted them to me😍. Let me just say this first. I am big on customer service and set high expectations for those working as CSR. Well yesterday Charli and Danny delivered to perfection. I am so pleased. They went above and beyond. I had a decor vision, ran it by them for guidance. They helped me see it threw only for us to realize there was 1 piece missing. Well thier customer service did NOT stop there. Charli promised to reach out to me once they were done checking inventory to let me know if that "1" thing was there and today guess what? Low and behold I heard from her this morning with a photo of my item I needed. Thanks again to you both....
