The worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I ordered one oreo iced pearl drink on 4/30 8pm and noticed all the workers were teenagers and it showed. They goofed off and laughed at mistakes they made. They didn’t call out order numbers which was confusing to know when someones order was ready. One of the workers had a customer who was a friend that accidentally took someone else’s drink on the pick up table and the worker laughed about it. 25 minutes go by and I decide to see what happened to my drink. The worker said it got lost somehow 10 orders ago. All I wanted was one drink. He offered an extra free drink for compensation but I declined. I should’ve asked for a full refund now that I think about it. I know where to go now if I want boba around...

There is an Asian lady there who always opposes us for the additional toppings that we request. We have been arguing for 2 years going there since we relocated in Rockwall. Yesterday, around noon, we ordered 2 Oolong QQ and paid for additional toppings. She argued with me and said I will not have enough drink but all toppings. I told her that that is how my husband and I like it.

It's hidden in a corner of a shopping center. If you don't know where to look, it is easy to be missed. The center seems to be on a less busy side so I hope they can have some type of signage to bring in more customers. Their drinks are always on point. I tend to order one of our usual drinks and one that in season or on their ads. I don't think we have tried any that we don't like yet. So far all their drinks have been on point and to our taste.
