The most redeeming factor of this place is it's chips and dip selection.

The staff and service is way below par. I'm not even talking about service with a smile, I'm talking about time, logistics, and cleanliness.

You don't take to go orders at a separate window and then not know how to function that window. Twice I've ordered to go and one time I get there, and the guys says "to go just close" um, no. No, it didn't . If I order to go, and you take that order, that window stays open until you've got all to go tickets gone. There was no order of priority when I went all the way around to the other counter either. The second time, they couldn't even find my order, and it was such a big order, ugh. No.

The whole , making a separate ticket for the kitchen for non-public facing lines , so people can order enchiladas or grilled avocados, what a mess. Give me a table number, a physical laminated number to put on display on my table so the food runner isn't going up to every face in the restaurant to find me. Seriously, a table number, and not only would food be faster delivered but it wouldn't be so chaotic for the runner.

The lines are long here, so long. Every time. You need two people on the line , and one at the register . And yes I know there are slow times and that amount of staff isn't warranted, but this place is always so busy! Staff correctly for it! It doesn't take me 20 minutes to get through the chipotle, or freebirds line, it shouldn't here either .

The food, mediocre at best. I keep coming here because my family swears by it. Austin style tacos? I'm from Austin, we don't eat them on tiny corn rounds, we eat them in big fat tortillas, those are Mexican street vendor tacos, which are amazing but not here.

I dunno, this is the best Rockwall has to offer but it's disappointing . 4/10 wouldn't bring my out of town...

The most terrible service ever!!! Had a large order for 9, tried to call it in and was told that since it wasn't for 15 or more, I needed to fax it. I called to verify the fax was received, nope, called back 5 minutes later, still not received. The lady then decided to take my order over the phone. Was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrive 10 minutes after placing the order ( 20 minutes early) and sat through the torturous line. A server asked if she could help, I said I placed my order online, she replied with okay. Still standing in this line, I get to the register for her to tell me I need to go to a different window. (10 minutes later). Get to the pick up window, which is not labeled anywhere might I add, and there is another customer waiting. After 5 minutes it is now my turn! The cashier who took my over the phone order is now in front of me. Well guess what??? She has to re-enter all of my order which took another 5 minutes. I finally received my order 20 minutes after talking with her. $100 dollars later, I travel back to work where I begin to set up. Low and behold, there is food missing!!!! Way to impress an executive luncheon huh?! Never again!!! Almost 2 hours to get terrible service and...
