Today I went shopping today after a while I saw a few changes, I went to the register to pay and the cashier didn’t greet me very well first she didn’t even ask for my punch card, I even took all the clothes hangers off the clothes to make the transaction easier, she didn’t even care. When she keep ringing my stuff and almost charge me for something that was in the counter like a eye liner,then when I give her my full punch card I had to ask her did I get my discount because she could not tell me, she left all the clothes on the counter unfolded like she was in a rush, after I pay and she gave me the receipt she never offer to give me another punch card when I just spend $49.67 so I had to ask her for it and then and ask me how much did I spend like really I just pay you.then she left so I folded my clothes and left very disappointed from this store because I always come here I never see this person if I ever come back and I see her I wait for someone else to charge me i know the store was almost closing but that should not be a reason to treat people some kind of way and it really surprised me from this store I hope they can fix this because the girls here are...
Read moreI recently visited this shop on 9/5 as I’m preparing to go back to work after maternity leave and needed some new work clothes. I brought my 2 month old daughter with me and realized once I arrived that I had forgotten her stroller, which made shopping with the car seat a bit of a challenge.
While I was there, I also dropped off clothes for consignment. After finishing my shopping, I went to pick up the basket of items that weren’t accepted, planning to put my baby in the car first and then come back in for the basket. An employee named Gail noticed and kindly asked if I needed help. At first, I hesitated because I didn’t want to be a bother, but Gail insisted and helped me carry the basket out to my car.
She was extremely pleasant and truly the only one who offered to help that day. Her kindness made what could have been a stressful situation much easier, and it really left me with such a positive impression. I’ve been told several different things and none was followed up in good faith. I’m being given the run around when I just need my givenchy shirt back to sell to someone who actually wants to buy it. I was given an email to contact Jennifer and it states that the email is invalid. I can’t get in contact. SOPHIA put me on hold but she forgot to press the hold and I overheard her calling me names and saying I am irate to her manager and that I have a problem. I confronted her and she told this is her first day back from medical leave and she’s not thinking straight.
