Aldi is a great place for low prices if you are looking for specific foods. I typically have a list of items I purchase at Aldi and then get the rest from another store. Certain items, such as the artisan lettuce pack and spaghetti sauce, are always on my list! I used to pay a substantial amount for spaghetti sauce at Trader Joe's whenever heading to Raleigh, but decided to try Aldi's sauce - same great taste and way cheaper! This trip I got everything I needed for homemade chicken Alfredo for a family of 5 plus toilet paper and paper towels and a case of water for well under $30.
