Update: much better customer service, big mouth loser employee gone. This store has great prices and has won my bussiness back. *I don't leave bad reviews but the employee I encountered today has cost this shop my business as well as friends and family. I see good reviews from 4 mo ago so I'm wondering if he's a new employee. Let's be specific about who this is so that the good employee is not repremanded. Long wavy hair with glasses and an attitude. After buying a discounted bottle and filling 1 tank w new coil, it was apparent the juice was tainted badly. I returned to the store a day later to buy a different bottle. I mentioned that brand and expressed how tainted the juice was. I didn't want a refund or exchange, just passing on info. I was told by good employee, they didn't know the history of this juice bc it came from a different store and was put on sale to move. After purchasing my new bottle otw out of the store, bad employee told me they just checked all the juices in house and none were expired. No exp on my bottle. Then continued to tell me my 3 yrs of vaping was nothing to how long he's Vaped.. after some more rude comments and calling me a liar I left. I've Vaped over 250 diff brands, flavors and nic levels I know when there's something wrong w a product. I wasn't asking for a refund, just sharing feedback w the store. After such an insulting slap in the face, after I returned to purchase an additional bottle I will never return. I spend $200-250 a month vaping. Read moreI went there to work buy a disposable device, wasn’t told to check it to see if it worked before pulling out of my parking spot, I got a mango hit bar, when I opened it it smelled very strong, like something electronic was messed up in it, I tried using it, not only did it not work it tasted even worse than it smelled. Therefore, I called back and spoke with Jen to see if I could exchange it for a new one as I had just bought it, she said since I had pulled out of the parking lot, (I wasn’t completely out of the parking lot) they would do nothing about it. She didn’t offer me a phone number to call, didn’t say sorry, basically I had just lost my money. I tried to give kaleidosmok a chance, but I will not be going back there.
